I had a move-out carpet cleaning done w few weeks ago and the carpets were still filthy and furry from my pets. It didn't even look vacuumed. I had to re-vacuum and spot clean the whole house. I also told the company about the size of the house before they came and after they cleaned the house, the price was higher than they originally quoted. The owner offered to send out another technician to re-clean the house, but that person never showed up or called on the agreed upon date. The owner also offered to give a refund, but also never actually did it. His wasn't the worst professional
