Knowledgeable, detail oriented and patient are the words that come to mind when I think of T Savage Construction.
We approached T Savage expressing our interest in replacing our front porch support columns and roof( removing old aluminum siding.
T Savage Construction completed our project , being extremely organized , neat and did business with the utmost integrity .
We did run into a small issue that was quickly resolved .
We would highly recommend this company !

I hired Terrance to do a 3rd floor addition in Philadelphia and everything came out great as planned. If any problems came up he would take care of it personally. His staff was always friendly and cautious while working in my home. After the job was completed Terrence reached out to make sure everything was up to my expectations and if anything was out of order he corrected it. I can't say enough about T.Savage. I would hire them again.

I had Terrence come out and do a 3rd floor addition on my fishtown home. Everything came out as expected. If there every was an issue Terrence would handle it right away he wouldn’t duck and dodge you like other contractors would. His workers were always professional and respectful. If any future projects come up I would hire Savage again.

Terrance started out good, but some of his worker are not professional. My wife seen something that was not done to her liking so we decided to talk to Terrance. He stated he talked to his guys and it will get done. The workers were a little mad but not that much. They stated you guys can talk to us and we will handle it. We don't have to involve Terrance. I said cool no problem. Long story short that didn't work. The worker that was in charge of the project was given my wife a hard time. My wife and the worker was going back and forth with each other. Another company ended up being used because it had done other work in my borough and was familiar with the process/restrictions. However, T. Savage Construction is still *highly* recommended because the response to the initial inquiry was nearly immediate, the communication was timely/effective/efficient, *and*, importantly to me because of 100% global travel for work.......he showed up right on time on the date scheduled and no rescheduling was necessary. In addition, the approximate quote given was well within the range of quotes received and he was *very* patient and articulate in explaining
