I cannot write enough praises for Tommy. He was easy to make an appointment with, arrived on time, quoted a reasonable price, did the work, explained everything that he did and the state of the gutters, and, was quick. He is a very personable guy. I wish all services that you need for the house were so responsible.
I will certainly be calling him back soon. So glad that we had the gutters cleaned before the rains! On Time, Great Price, Did what he said he would do and did it well! Hard to beat that! Did not try to up sell me into new gutters as another outfit wanted to do. Cleaned all my gutters and installed gutter guards, now my neighbors great shade trees won't clog up my gutters.Will come back before Spring and clean up what needs to be done.

Tommy Galan is originally from Brooklyn, New York and he and his family are new imports to San Diego. He was trained and worked for years under the guidance of his father, and has been roofing, cleaning, repairing and installing gutters for over 15 years. In San Diego, he decided to leave the installations, roofing, and major repairs to the licensed professionals and to specialize only in rain gutter cleaning.
I will, without question, continue to have him clean my gutters, in fact, I've already scheduled a cleaning for this coming year. Additionally, I will be recommending him to all of my friends. Tommy gave us a verbal quote and showed up in person to make sure the quote was accurate. He showed up early on the day scheduled to clean our gutters out, didn't try to sell us anything like the other companies that came out to give us estimates.
We are a rain gutter cleaning company. We also do minor repairs on rain gutters only. Minor repairs are any repairs that do not exceed $500. If you are looking for major repairs or installations, we will be there to help you clean them once a different company does that work. 100% We carry liability and workers compensation insurance and will provide proof upon request.

Highly recommend - Tommy is great just like other reviewers state. Good communication regarding scheduling and giving me a reasonable time window. And then within 10 minutes of starting the job he got me and told me he wasn't going to charge me because the problem wasn't clogged gutters but that the gutters were improperly installed. They were slanted the wrong way so rather than water flowiing towards the downspouts, the water was collecting on the other side. There was no debris to clean out of the gutters. We contacted Tommy to clean any leftover roof debris and nails from our gutters after getting our roof replaced. We chose Tommy, because he hand cleans the gutters instead of powerwashing, which was important to us because we didn't want nails flying around. I also liked that he has roofing experience, so he was careful on our new tile roof.
Tommy did a great job cleaning our gutters and offered a very fair price. He's honest, neat, friendly, and punctual. He didn't upsell at all. Very happy with Tommy's work, and we will definitely use his services again next year!

After getting a NO-SHOW from Serviz Gutter Cleaners I emailed SD Gutters on Tuesday this week. Because it rained on Wednesday Tommy at SD Gutters said he'd be by on Thursday. Today he showed up on time and ready to work. He cleaned out my 2nd story gutters in 30 minutes, put down some drain screens and cleared away two bird nests ! Looks like good work at a fair price....I got a senior discount. Now that's the way a contractor needs to be.
