I contacted ASAP and they responded immediately. They were very professional and did an excellent job removing all the water and drying out my home. They walked me through the process so there were no surprises. They removed all contents that were not salvageable and when they made an appointment time they were prompt. They took a major disruption (leaking hot water tank) and helped me through this challenging time. I am very thankful they were there to help. I definitely would use their services again.

Angie and her team are TOP NOTCH! They were so considerate and did an amazing job. We had to pack out and pack in a house after a break in and some floor and property damage. Our belongings were thoughtfully packed, moved, stored, and replaced back in with laser like precision down to every detail. My belongings were cleaned. The detergent smelled AMAZING and was light and lovely.

From the time Angie called me to set up a date/time to come out, the service was absolutely amazing! I had a leak from a pipe connected to my master tub. These guys came out and first, checked for moisture; they found moisture in places I would have never known about due to the flooring! They removed the flooring/baseboards as needed, cleaned all areas, and set up the equipment to dry everything out. I had to leave for a few days because it was over 90 degrees in here lol but they got everything dried out and cleared out of here quickly! Carlos, the gentleman who handled setting up and removing

Angie and her crew were phenomenal! I cannot say too many wonderful things about ASAP Restoration. I heard of them through my homeowners insurance company when I had a water leak in my house originating from my attic. Angie & ASAP were truly wonderful. She worked with me every step of the way. My insurance company was not upfront on my coverage. Angie went to bat for me & called them and then she explained what I was entitled to. Angie and her staff carefully cleaned and moved all my possessions and placed them in their proper spot in my new location. I enjoyed working with them.
