Jose was absolutely incredible. I had a complex furnace issue that I needed to be immediately addressed because the outside temperature was 0 degrees. Jose came out just hours after I called. He walked me through the issue and allowed me to observe for my own benefit.
Ultimately Jose informed me how to fix the problem and gave me two options: 1) to allow me to acquire the necessary parts myself and to install the parts myself, and only pay Jose a reasonable service fee or 2) to pay for the parts, installation, and the service fee.I chose the later and my furnace has been working great ever since.

Called Right Away Heating and they were able to come out the same day. Jose was super knowledgeable, and actually taught me stuff about the AC unit. Exactly what I wanted and needed, would definitely recommend.

I actually was looking for a company to take care of my heating system and it was after hours in a very cold winter. I made many phone calls from companies who claim they have a 24/7 service and non of them were available until I called right away heating and they were the only ones who provided the service after hours with a very fair price. Highly recommended.

Needed “emergency” service as our A/C wasn’t blowing cold.
Out of like ten different companies I called, these folks had the soonest availability. Told me they’d be at our house between 6:00 and 10:00 p.m.
Got a call around 2:00 and they were on the job 20 minutes later. Half an hour later we had cool air blowing.
Right Away isn’t joking around with their name. They are on point! Thanks again.

After a spring snowstorm and power outage with cold temperatures my furnace did not come back on. Stepano was able to come over the next morning to check it out. After what looked like a quick fix it turned out to be more complicated. He was on the phone with tech support several times and after nearly 6 hours and a trip to get a new control board the heat was back on. I appreciated his help and I would recommend calling Right Away any time you are in need of reliable service.

My heating went out on a frigid day and I called around to several places and Right Away was able to get to me....right away! They followed COVID protocol without me having to ask, and they diagnosed my problem as a simple short circuit in my pilot light. They got me up and running in less than 30 minutes and gave me great recommendations for future servicing of my furnace unit without pushing me into a high cost replacement. I’ll definitely use them again!

Our Nest thermostat stopped getting power overnight. We woke up to 4 inches of snow and a cold house. We called Right Away Heating and they got us on the schedule for the same day. Jose and his team arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue and got us up and running within 30 minutes.
He took the time to suggest a couple of safety precautions and what we could do should it happen again. I'd highly recommend using them. They're a family run business and were great with masks and social distancing. We'll be using them again.

My furnace just STOPPED WORKING with no explanation one night and it was a cold morning. I called Right Away and they got my on the schedule that same day (true to their name!)
Jose and his crew came to the house. They were completely professional and great with COVID social distancing / masks. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and had the parts on hand to replace everything. The furnace was up and running within 30 minutes!

These guys are awesome. This is second time ive called Jose to help me out. Today was an emergency, as heater went out. He was not able to make it but sent Stefano. Stefano was able to fix it in 15 min, install new pressure valve and educate me along the way. No up sell, no unnecessary cost, no scare tactics. In a sea of HVAC providers, not all are created equal. These guys are customer first. Glad to have found my HVAC guys for as long as I'm in Denver. Thanks Mika, Jose and Stefano.

We lost our hot water Friday night. I called around Saturday morning and most companies couldn’t make it out to our house until Monday morning. I called this company and they were at our house in an hour. I was highly impressed with the level of service and reasonable pricing! I will definitely be using this company again in the future! There's like a million different HVAC services in any given city and hardly any way to tell them apart, so let me make it easy for you: Jose & his crew were kind, courteous, explained everything to me as they were doing it, didn't shame me TOO hard for not knowing I had to replace my HVAC filter every 90 days (oops), didn't try to upsell me, showed me the problems my system had, and overall have been flexible and kind and a pleasure to deal with. We received a new thermostat in the mail and were looking for someone to install it quickly. After multiple calls with little luck on timely appointments, I gave Right Away a call. They had an opening quickly, and followed up with a text to let me know they were on their way over. Jose and his work colleague were extremely knowledgeable and got the unit replaced and up and running in no time. Our furnace was acting up on our new home we just bought and, of course, it was cold and snowy! Right away heating came through with a same day visit! They were fantastic and extremely honest and answered all of our questions as well as some pro tips for future issues. Jose came the day requested and gave a very good quote which was accepted. He was very accommodating and scheduled the actual work within 72 hours. All gas leaks were addressed and repaired with new pipes in less than 6 hours on the job. He and his partner were very clean and neat, covered all steps and flooring to access the area that needed to be worked in. I would definitely use him in the future and would recommend him to anyone who needs a master technician.

Jose and his partner came over within the day called and fixed our boiler/radiator issues. He was very thorough and after checking the boiler for unwanted excess air he went and checked all the radiators that were not working well. He went through about 7 or 8 radiators releasing the air and making sure the water filled the radiators and were generating heat. We now have heat and everything seems to be working great.
