When you have a big air conditioning problem - like an air conditioner that quits during the hottest day of summer - it goes without saying that you'll call for service. Smaller air conditioning problems are easier to ignore, but this is the last thing you should do. The AC was not working called several places but busy or no return call. I got a recommendation from Bill Rausch Heating Cooling to call Swift (Perdue). They were able to come out same day and repaired the AC. The office was wonderful to talk with and the service tech Rob was great even apologized for bill but worth it to have cool air again and relief and from the Heat inside the house.

Bought a furnace and a/c unit from them 6 years ago. I have bought the protection plan every year for the 6 year period. Matter of fact I just sent a check for year 7 today. Have had very few problems with units. When I do, they react at once and take care of all issues. There phone support and there techs are always pleasant & listen to what you’re saying! Very pleased!

Called in for service because we thought they may be a carbon monoxide leak. Tech was at home within 2hrs. Tech was very courteous and inspected everything thoroughly to ensure there was no leak. Tech ran tests and there was no leak. The unit was not running correctly so he serviced the issue and cleaned out an area that was collecting a lot of dust, hair and filth.
Very appreciative for the quick response and thorough review of the maintenance needed.

Horrible company called out to repair motor 2 days ago the motor blew today called them back out then told me that we should put in new unit then would only credit me $300 of the $800 I paid for less than 48 hours ago the sales man really took advantage of my wife for $800 then trying to get her to buy $5000 unit and they will not give me a refund for a bad motor they put in by far one of the biggest crooked company In Indiana
