The person who came to the home was very nice but the price changed when I was told that I had to pay for shampoo to be used as apart of the cleaning verses rather him just using hot water in the machine to clean my carpets. The stains I wanted up are still there the cleaning freshened up my carpets somewhat but it wasn't the results that I expected.
After I made this original post the owners reached out to me several times to correct the cleaning issues I had, which was greatly appreciated. Most companies don't take those extra steps to please their customers. The company sent someone back out

I wouldn't recommend using this Service they don't use any fragrance or shampoo for a 70 dollar cleaning only water which the company doesn't supply themselves with and they had to use my Outlets to Run their equipment Very Unprofessional Outfit. I asked how much the fragrance cleaning was it was 50 dollars extra smh. Don't waste your time with this company
