We recently had our house painted and the roof of our patio coated by Jose Perez and his awesome team. They were very hard working and got the job done earlier than expected. They were very polite and patient- they answered all our questions and explained how everything would work and how it would work with our rolling shutters, trim and everything. They did a great job and there was no mess to clean up. They even contacted us a month after the work was done to make sure everything still looked great. We definitely will recommend them to anyone who needs their house painted. Thank you!

Here's the story... during the horrendous rainstorms of June 2021, our roof started leaking in about 5 places. We had it patched up by the solar company who had just installed solar panels earlier that year. So the leaks had stopped, but we wanted to get the roof checked out anyway. We decided to get two estimates. The first one came out and identified all kinds of things to repair, coming out to about $1900. When AA Bright came out a few days later, he said everything looked good except some ponding in a few spots. He then talked me through how to fix it myself, because it would cost a lot

Robin and Tiffany did a fantastic job painting both the interior and exterior of our home. They were pleasant to work with, and we felt like they really wanted to do a superior job (which they did!) They did an excellent job of prep work before painting, and they were very experienced and skilled painters. We also appreciated Luke (who gave us the estimate), and Erin (who answered our calls and emails). Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely call AABrite again!

I can't remember the last time we had such quality work done. From the very start to the final day Bill, Pancho and Diego demonstrated top notch skill and professionalism. Our home looks amazing and we are thrilled with the results. In one week our house, garage, guest house and numerous stucco walls were painted and repaired where needed. In addition, the kitchen, breakfast room, and all walkways and patios were painted as well. We take great care of our historic home and AA Brite did too!

You know how us yelpers see all these five stars and start getting skeptical. We read through the reviews to make sure they are legit. Let me tell you, we got four quotes for painting our apartment building. AA Brite was least expensive. Naturally I'm skeptical again thinking quality might not be great. But dang these reviews don't lie! They are responsive. They have very fair pricing. They did incredible work. Even handled challenges of tenants not being home when they were supposed to lol. I had this company this company come out in July of 2020. They did amazing work, re-coating my roof, they used top quality materials, stuccoed and patched the parapets...took care of the blisters...Then the monsoons came in July of 2021. Because my roof slants slightly; a bubble and a puddle collected in the one corner. I had a slight inside leak in side. The day after I called one of the owner's came out; inspected the issue. I had an extremely positive experience with AA Brite and their employees Frank Sillik, Jr., and Luis. I discovered a leak into our family room ceiling right before leaving on a trip, and they were able to come out immediately and seal everything up. Frank was excellent at communicating--when they would be arriving, texting me photos of the problem areas, and letting me know about other potential issues on the roof. Frankie kept us in the loop, texting every day when they'd appear, and they went right to work. Totally professional in every regard, as well as friendly and informative. They were aware and cooperative when our dog needed to be walked, and he liked them as much as we did!

Bill came out to my home this morning in response to my request for a flat roof coating quote. He was on time, professional, and friendly. He thoroughly inspected my roof and talked through all of his findings with me, taking the time to answer my questions and make sure I understood everything. To my surprise, he said he couldn't sell me anything because I didn't need my roof coated at this time (contrary to what I'd been told by a different roofing company). Because rain was in the forecast within the next few days, Frank and his crew came out on an accelerated schedule to do the job. Everything was done in a professional and thorough manner. Frank then returned the following day

Full discloser, when it comes to home repair services I always look for reviews from other yelp elite. In this case, AA Brite had under ten reviews and none of them were from Yelp Elite BUT I did notice that they are active about responding to reviews and that Yelp has them listed as a certified contractor, which is a symbol of trust!
