Shugarmans bath did a wonderful job remodeling our showers. They were courteous, responded well, cleaned up after themselves, fixed any issues that arised, and left behind a wonderful shower. I would definitely hire them again if I had the chance. Well done! Special shout out to Chuy and Juan for the shower install and Rudy for overall managing the project. Francisco did our glass panels and he stayed late through the evening to get both panels installed. Appreciated his hard work!!

Best experience ever! The ladies were very professional, cleaned everything thoroughly each day, went out of their way to get answers for our questions, very polite, and worked very hard to complete their tasks. A problem arose which was a product flaw and they did their best to turn things around fast. Highly recommend this company and those two ladies!

Just had my tub and enclosure replaced by Leo and James. I am very pleased with the product and with the professionalism of the team. Everything was as explained to me by the estimator, Marty. They cleaned up after themselves and communicated with us throughout the install. Never hesitated to answer any questions. Their performance exceeded my expectations! Office personnel were professional as well and communicated with us as the project entered each stage.

Our original bathtub was old and cracking. In 2008 we had the bathtub sprayed/coated. It looked horrible. We could have had the same set up replaced but knew it would crack again. Shugarman's Bath was a good price for great quality. Communication of timeline was clear. We qualified for one year free financing. The installers Jose Lopez, Marvin and Paco were prompt, did a great job as we expected and area was clean when they left. I would recommend this company for anyone needing bathroom remodel.

We choose Shugarmans bath and Chreen and Kristen were amazing. The job was originally quoted for 4 days and it took less than that. They both were efficient, professional and courteous. Always taking the time to explain what they were doing and answered all of the numerous questions we had. Highly recommend this duo. I wish I had the before pictures to show what a huge improvement it was!!! Ask for them!!!!! You won’t be disappointed.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR NEW BATHROOM!!!!!! The first night it was done, I could not stop walking by it, turning on the light and starring at it!

This bathroom is our kids (Adults now) bathroom/ guest bathroom. It was over 20 year old tile, we re-did the floor years ago and it constantly kept getting black mold in the corners and stained yellow, just gross. (See pictures) our son is 6 feet tall now and barely fit under the shower-head and there was also a wall shelf that took up space.

We finally decided to take the plunge and tear out the OLD tub and replace it with a walk in shower. I spoke with numerous contractors and after reviewing all quotes we decided to go with Sugarman's. Erik helped us pick out the design and walked us through the process. It was easy and headache free. There was a delay in the job starting because of the supply chain slow down but that is totally out of their control and happening in all aspects of consumer life right now. Getting upset with the contractors because they can't get materials just doesn't make any sense. They want to work!

I hired Shugarman's recently because I was unsatisfied with the contractor my insurance company suggested to do my bath reconstruction. They responded quickly to my phone call. A representative came out the next business day, took some measurements, showed me the products readily available and the price. He made a phone call to the main office to confirm they had the products I wanted because of the national supply issues. Once confirmed, they gave me a start date for 2 weeks and started promptly. Danny, the installer was great. The work was done in a couple days and the product looked great

When we moved into our new home, we were most of all concerned that our bath/shower wouldn't leak since the caulking was cracked and missing. We started off looking into getting the caulking fixed only to discover that there was grout instead of caulking. We solicited help from several handymen, but in the process, Shugarman's ended up getting our contact information and reached out. Although we had not planned on completely renovating the bath/shower, their bid to do so ended up competitive with what it would cost just to fix the old setup, AND it would all be new!

Was introduced to this company through the home show, and immediately impressed with the staff doing the marketing. Scheduled a consultation, and met face to face within a few days. Unfortunately, I experienced several cancellations due to excessive rain in San Diego. Last anticipated appointment for installation actually happened ahead of time. Installers were very knowledgeable, professional, and cleaned up all areas upon completion. Pleasure doing business!
