Did you really respond to my review and say the rates are not really $99 but it's just the name of your company???? I'm crying with laughter.... HILARIOUS!!! My point exactly!!! Maybe it's time to change the name of your false advertising company!!! If prices are not $99 then what's the point in having it in your name other than misleading bait and switch tactics. Lets go to the 99 cent store and pay 6.00 for everything!!! Lol... ridiculous....

I called the number and waited for a representative. The 1st rep (a woman) was glad to help and transferred me to a rep that would handle my city. The 2nd rep (a man) told me he doesn't cover my city and put me on hold to get me to the right person.
Well, he transferred back to the 1st rep. She said, "we don't handle your city and we don't do residential." I wish she told me that in the first place.

Imagine going into the 99 cents store and everything costs 4 dollars. What's more, right across the street is a store called "The 4 Dollar Store" where everything actually costs 4 dollars. Where would you tell your friends to go? Does this picture make sense to you? If it doesn't, then you are this company's ideal customer.

So you would think with a name like $99 Debris Box, you'd be getting a box for $99.. right? NO! It's $400 for 7 days. I don't care what it was when they started their company, that's misleading. If it was cheaper when they started business, then they should have had some notice on their website about the additional fee's but of course they dont.

Ordered a 20 cy box from them last week after my home remodeling project. They sent me a quote through email with their "terms and conditions". Make sure you read that, there are lots of materials that are not allowed in the box. They took the box yesterday and I was told that the box is over weight by a little bit. I talked to the customer service because it has been raining EVERYDAY during the 7days we had the box. The carpet, cardboards, and the box itself was filled with water. That added up a lot of weight. They would not do any adjustment. We got charge for the over weight. How

Called to order a box and Stephanie was very helpful. Not sure why they are called. $99 because it's not $99. Nevertheless I shopped around they still had the best pricing so went with them. Driver came on to deliver and picked up on time. Seriously everyone should get a debris box ar least once every 3 years. You'd be surprised how much crap you can accumulate.we filled our box!

I ordered a box to be delivered on Saturday. i was given a 2-hour window, and it was there within about the first 20 minutes of that window. The delivery guy parked it perfectly (seriously impressive job lining it up!). so far, no complaints... other than price... but they are no worse than anybody else i talked to. the person who takes the orders was very friendly and helpful on the phone. I used them once before, and had a good experience.
