Consolidating design and build services with Lepori helps ensure a more efficient project timeline, cost-efficiency, and quality control. Under design-build methods, designer and builder collaborate throughout the project cycle, addressing concerns as they come up and adhering to budget parameters throughout the process.
We hire carpenters, laborers, painters, cabinet makers, equipment operators and mechanics. We also hire estimators, project leaders and office support staff. To prepare for the relocation of The Niche, tenant improvements were completed that consisted of the demolition of existing flooring, shelving and plumbing and the construction of two new standard dressing rooms and one ADA dressing room. New hardwood flooring was installed in the sales area and walls were freshly painted.
The Lepori team demoed the existing building and fuel canopies to make way for a brand new convenience store including new fuel canopies, a new fuel system, below-grade storage tanks, and utility provisions for a future retail pad located on the same parcel. To keep everything consistent our client wanted this location to resemble the remodel that was done in Carson City.

I have used Lepori construction several times now for various projects big and small and I have to say each And every job is wonderful! I never have any issues with this company. Lepori construction holds very high standards for themselves as well as their employees and it shows in their quality work I highly recommend working with the company.
