Tom was extremely professional and thorough with the entire process from appraisal to invoicing. His crew was on time, professional, dressed in company branded Jax Tree Removal uniforms, and were very careful. All of their equipment was well serviced and appears to be the right tool for the job. They used all the right safety equipment and made sure to lay out protective equipment for our property to avoid damaging any landscaping. We have used plenty of other local companies through the years, big and small, but none as professional as JAX Tree Removal.

Incredible responsiveness and professionalism! I had a 40 foot hickory fall in the middle of a recent storm that completely blocked my driveway, trapping my family from leaving with our cars, and Jax Tree Removal had a crew there within 12 hours, on a weekend, in the dumping rain, and completely removed the tree, ground the stump, and perfectly cleaned the yard in little more than an hour, all for a very reasonable price. I give them my highest, highest recommendation--the best tree company I've ever used!

It was truly a wonderful experience using Jax Tree Removal. They showed up on time on the agreed upon date and got right to work. The workers were incredibly professional and courteous. They endeavored to answer all my questions made me feel very at ease with the work. I had two large oaks removed that were hanging directly over the house, safety was paramount. Their price came in at a significant percentage less than the nearest reputable competitor. I have no regrets using them and HIGHLY recommended them for anyone interested in tree services. Jax Tree Removal is definitely an A+ company. Tom came out to assess the work. He was thorough and professional. We needed to remove 3 large trees that were too close to our house. Tom emailed a reasonable quote the same day. Once we accepted the quote, we promptly received an email with the scheduled date. Very easy process! The work was done safely and faster than we expected. The trees were removed in less than 4 hours. We will use them again for tree work in the future.

Tom and his crew were super professional. HIs equipment is state of the art and reduced a 60' plus, 3' diameter tree to a bump on the ground with zero damage to the yard, the driveway, or any surrounding power lines etc. All for the best price I was quoted among 5 vendors. He also did some work on our palms and took out a tainted citrus tree and cleaned up some oaks in the back yard. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
