Jon's was recommended to me by a trusted retired mechanic so I went in feeling very hopeful. I was not let down. I had just bought a used car which needed both major components replaced, a COMPLETE a/c job. Jon got it done in 24 hours ($1,600, not a ripoff - a/c work unfortunately is not cheap). About 6 weeks later, I thought there was a problem as the air seemed to not be blowing cold. My husband called over there and Jon was ALL OVER IT. He wanted me to bring it in IMMEDIATELY for diagnosis. Turned out everything was fine. It's been 4 months and no problems whatsoever. Operator error on my part

I had my AC start to die on me, and got several estimates for a new compressor, the most astounding one being $2k for the work from a national chain.
I was referred to Jon by a coworker, who has worked with him and said he was fair, and honest.
I took my car for an evaluation, and he did it so promptly, and fixed the issue the same day (which was NOT a compressor and instead the valve).
I will definitely recommend Jon and his business, for his honesty, and quality of work!

Right out of the gate, the cleanest shop I have ever seen and I served in the Marine Corps and had my Hummer serviced a lot! This shop was as clean and organized, I'll dare say even moreso!
Long story short I had a good conversation with Jon and he got right on it. Investigated, researched and diagnosed the problem.
Explained in detail what was going on and what I needed and was clear on pricing. Very very fair pricing for GREAT work!

Can’t say enough good about my experience today. Spoke to the owner Jon yesterday, who took the time to explain all aspects of my problem, then made arrangements to go to his shop the next morning.
On arrival, I was taken right in, problem analyzed and fixed in no time flat.

Shopped around for a busted A.C. condenser at 7 different auto repair places including the dealership, Tire Kingdom and Pep Boys. I am thrilled to be able to say that Jon's Auto Air quoted us the best price and the work was done in a short period of time. We have saved over $500 than what the dealership and about ($275/$150 less than others) had asked for. One of the few honest mechanics I've ever found. He was honest in diagnosing the problem and presented me with multiple options for the repair. His shop is spotless and he's very punctual. He even has the ability to build lines/pipes if your car is old and parts are hard to find. Highly recommend!

We were having AC issues in our car, took it to our mechanic and the dealership and none were able to get it fixed so we dealt with no AC in the car for several weeks. Jon was recommended to us from our mechanic friend and was able to get it fixed quickly and for a very reasonable price. Very professional staff and clean garage, honest and trustworthy. It took me 5 years after moving here to find a great mechanic.
A/c was not working in my wife's Escalade. The panel was out. Jon did every piece of diagnostic work he could think of to not have to replace the panel. So, down to the panel now. You can't get the part anymore. Jon starts a search on Ebay and eventually finds a new one on Ebay. Luckily, he received it and plugged it in and voila, it worked. The back door handles were coming off the car as well. Jon got new handles and replaced them as well. Then, some lights needed to be replaced. No problem. He took care of that too.

The AC in mom's 2009 VW Jetta has been working intermittently for some time. She brought it to other shops twice and they couldn't resolve the prob!em. I called Jon this morning. He was extremely courteous and suggested a diagnosis over the phone and offered to confirm the diagnosis of I dropped by the shop. I headed over and he confirmed that I had a valve that was interfering with the cooling. Highly recommended business! We are stationed in Virginia and our daughter is in college at FAU. Her AC has been out since she moved down in August. I was looking to get my air conditioning fixed for my car. I called two other locations and said, I believe it is the evaporator can you give me a quote. The other two shops said, well, we have to diagnose it, and couldn't even give me a ballpark figure. Right away, Jon said, well, it will be approximately this amount. I booked him right away. While it was in the shop I asked for a. Few other things to be fixed and when I went to pick up my car, it looked brand new.. He was honest and extremely thorough. Do not hesitate to use this garage.. You won't regret it.

I've used Jon in the past, he was recommended to me by a friend in the auto parts business. I just found his number again as my A/c id down in another car and I was searching for his number. Great guy, honest and awesome technician. As I was coming from a distance, he set a time with me so he could go straight to work on my problem when I arrived. For less than a couple hundred bucks, he fixed an issue with my A/c that the dealer wanted thousands for. Support local small business!
