"Excellent" does not begin to describe our experience with Quality Hardscapes. We are thrilled with the quality of work they did Including designing an extension to our exiting concrete patio which is an odd shape and the extension needed to accommodate a hot tub. Once the patio was extended, pavers were installed. It looks amazing. The first part of the project was to install porcelain tiles in our screen porch. It was a detailed and tedious project and it was completed meticulously.

As mentioned on my previous review, I would add a final review once the project was completed. I have nothing but high praise for Fabio and his team. Very hard working and friendly crew.
The beginning of the project was during the early COVID and started quickly with adding the cement foundation. We did have a major initial issue when a downpour made the foundation a pool for rain/water entering our home since now it was on the same level. Fabio immediately sent 2 man crew over in the rain to makeshift a tarp over the foundation to prevent the rain from entering.

We have not yet engaged them to complete our project, but so far, we are happy with our experience with them. They were very professional and flexible when we called to schedule the appointment.
So, Rafael came out to give us a quote to re-do our deck and put in a paver patio. He was very patient and thorough in discussing our options and giving us ideas. I felt bad for him as we had an A/C issue crop up the morning that he was scheduled to come out and the AC repair guy showed up at the same time as Rafael. He was very gracious in letting us get that issue taken care of first, before meeting
