Second time Energy Concepts has done panels for my family. 1st house was 6 years ago and they did so much more than expected and blew us away. Had them add panels to a new home. Same above and beyond experience. Their communication as clear and timely throughout the construction. They also installed on time. I would recommend them to my grandma!

This really was a smooth process from start to finish. We started by meeting with Dean and he did a great job helping us understand how exactly solar would help us. Dean was extremely knowledgeable and presented in a way that made us feel comfortable with our decision. The installers I met were nice and professional. We loved getting weekly update emails from Kerri so we knew exactly where we were in the process. After it was all installed, we met with Robert for the wrap up meeting. Mike Salas was thorough when explaining the benefits of solar. He is very knowledgeable of the solar systems. What me and my wife liked most was that he was not pushy. He provided the options and allowed us to review and respond when we were ready.
When we did finally decide to move forward. The Energy Concepts team moved quickly. The process was easy and quick. From getting the system designed to getting the city permit.
Once the they had the permit. The Energy Concepts team installed my 28 panels in 1 day 1/2. These guys rock!!

I was pleased with my experiences with Energy Concepts start to finish. Overall they communicated well and promptly responded to my inquiries. After the project was completed the loan was funded for $300.00 more than the system cost and the check from the bank was made out to to Energy Concepts. When I went to drop off the payment they had a check for the difference waiting for me. So far all good experiences with them.

Every employee at Energy Concepts was very polite and professional throughout the entire process. Their salesmen are very knowledgeable and honest, and work very hard to get the consumer the best deal that fits their needs. The installation technicians are very polite and they communicated well throughout the entire installation process. They took care of any issues that occurred during the install in a very timely manner. They take pride and ownership in every part of the solar project and it shows.

Energy Concepts was great to work with. Everything they did was on time and their communication was perfect along the way. What sold me on them was my initial meeting with their sales rep where he showed me an analysis of my roof, where panels should be placed and how much power each individual panel would generate based on its position and orientation. I got enough panels to produce all the power I need but not any extra to drive up the cost. In addition, they have the best solar panels on the market and they're not produced overseas. If you are considering a solar system for your home, give Energy

I just got our solar system installed with Energy Concepts and they are wonder people to work with. From the sale consultant to the crew members that installed the panel to the electrician, to the PR guy… they are all great folks who treat your house like theirs and they just don’t cut corner. I’m very happy with their professionalism but very decent, down to earth folks. So yeah, I would recommend their services to whoever that have a need for solar. Thanks EC!

The whole process was smooth and painless. Kudos to Dean Oliver, Senior Sales Consultant and Robert Velez, Customer Success Specialist for their personable and clear presentations. The installation crew were fast, clean and efficient. Kudos to the foreman (I forgot his name) who was very knowledgeable. But what impressed me most was the whole group's adherence to Covid protocols. Everyone we encountered during the whole process were pleasantly cooperative and considerate of our requests. I am glad I chose Energy Concepts.

I dealt with several people on Energy Concepts' team, from the sales person to the project coordinator to the installation team to the closer. Each contact was responsive and easy to work with. I received weekly status updates, and the project was finished within the estimated time range. The panels look great, and their price was very competitive with the other quotes I received. They were less expensive than all except for one company. I'd highly recommend them.
