I contacted Mark at GenX about 2 weeks ago. I designed a mirror for what I thought would be a DIY project and half way through (with the help of 3 very handy brothers and friends) realized it was something too big for us. We almost ruined the wood slab we had and for the life of us and the people at the mirror shop, couldn’t figure out how to safely secure the mirror!
Mark took time and made sure he understood what I had in mind. He told me that they were slammed but was able to commit for 2 weeks. Let me tell you... when they unwrapped it I was blown away. Never in my wildest dreams did I think
