We had to have mound septic system installed in our home recently. The research we did lead us to dread the possible outcome - but Luke told me as we reviewed the project that he wouldn't install anything we wouldn't be proud of. And he was correct. The end result was Luke and his crew contoured the drain field to match the yard and driveway elevation so that it doesn't resemble the "elephant burial mound" we were expecting. The crew was here for a week and we couldn't be happier with the results. And the best part was he kept the project under the original estimate.

We hired Stamper and Sons to clear property and balance grade in preparation for a pole barn and they are simply one of the best contractors we've worked with. On time, great communication, stayed within budget and both Luke and the crew was very personable. Simply stated, they did what they said they were going to do. We would not hesitate to rehire.

Luke is top notch all the way around. Came out promptly to provide a quote. We had a unique project for our non existent backyard. Luke took the time to speak with me on the phone several times and even came back out to the property to speak with my wife who had additional questions/concerns a 2nd time to make sure we were comfortable and walk us through our vision and his.
We could not be more happy with the end result, we finally have a backyard that we can use and enjoy.

My wife and I are quite pleased with the work performed by Stamper and Son Excavating to replace our aging (60 y/o) septic field. Luke and his team were prompt in communication, up front with potential costs and worked full days until the project was completed. Even when confronted with legacy “orangeburg pipe” which required total replacement - work continued uninterrupted. The equipment used was modern, and all the component parts were available at the beginning of the project.

We have had such a remarkable experience with Stamper and Sons Excavating with building my moms home. They have gone above and beyond on many occasions. Luke's knowledge and experience helped us save money in places we would have never thought of and his attention to detail is phenomenal. For someone who works with dirt, they sure take pride in leaving everything neat and clean!

We hired them to clear our lot before building and then again after the build for a retaining wall. Great to work with, explained what they were doing and why. They did not leave any fallen trees or brush piles behind, there was a clean slate for the builders to start work. After the house was done, the builder's final grade still had drainage issues and we needed a retaining wall. After getting other quotes, we called Stamper & Son. They came in and re-graded our entire lot for better drainage and installed a retaining wall to be proud of!! The pride they have in their work shows. We cannot speak
