Automatic fire sprinkler systems have an enviable record of protecting life and property for over 100 years. However, there are still common misunderstandings about the operation and effectiveness of automatic sprinkler systems. FACT: A 10 year study conducted in Scottsdale, Arizona found that 92% if all fires that occurred were controlled by two or less sprinkler heads.

We had a flood in our garage due to a corroded connection on the fire sprinkler system. I have never even thought about the system needing maintenance but I guess it does need some ongoing care.
Kerry came out on the same day. He was able to handle all of the significant repairs with parts he had with him. There is a larger door panel that he has to order to allow for better access in the future.
I truly have no idea of how his prices compare but I felt it was worth it to get professional work done on the same day.
He also checked out the system and explained what maintenance I can do on it

I can't say enough about this company. First off, the owner, Kerry, came to my home on his day off, a Sunday, when he already had personal plans, to fix a fire sprinkler in my garage that started leaking Saturday evening. So then I decided to have all my sprinklers replaced before another sprinkler started to leak. That job was done and I am so relieved. They found a couple of older sprinklers that could have become disasters down the road. Kerry is a very nice soft-spoken guy but he is definitely an expert on fire sprinklers. Many years in the business and his license is good on the ROC.

I thought I had a fire sprinkler leaking. Kerry came out same day and showed me where the water was much worse than I originally thought, the ceiling was sagging. He put plastic everywhere and then proceeded to carefully open up the area. I don't think he dripped more than a few drops but everything was completely protected. Once we got some of the damaged Gypsum board out it was clear it wasn't a sprinkler head. He then proceeded with the diagnosis until finally finding out it was the condensate line of the Air Conditioner. It was amazing how much water that thing produces.

We were in the middle of a renovation and needed some sprinkler heads added. We called Firehouse and they had the owner Kerry come out next day and give us a quote. We were really pinched for time to get the work done and they worked really hard to get us on the schedule for that week. Kyle and Kerry came out and spent a ton of time making sure our system operated properly and added the new heads. This company is reliable, honest, and has fair pricing. We are extremely satisfied and highly recommend.

Although it was so last minute, the receptionist (Kristeen, I believe) went so out of her way to get us squeezed in and taken care of by noon that same day! We woke up to water dripping out of one of our sprinkler heads. I called Firehouse Fire Protection and Kenny was at our house that morning. We've learned the hard way that you need to have your fire sprinkler system inspected by professionals ... we ignored it and sprung a leak at the pressure gauge. Called Firehouse and they were able to fit me in the same day! Kerry responded and repaired the gauge. Very quick and courteous. He showed me how to do 6 month self checks to avoid future issues. Highly recommend these guys!

Very helpful and friendly service. The dispatch gal went out of her way to help fit us on the schedule after a bad experience with another company. She sent Kerry the owner out the next day. Super friendly guy who knows his stuff. He made the repairs quickly and did a great job. PLUS he was less than the first company I had dealt with. I will definitely call him again with any fire sprinkler issues.

Great work! My fire sprinkler system was dumping a gallon of water every other day out its drain pipe. I called and got same-day service. Terry assessed the situation and quickly fixed the problem. In addition to replacing a corroded valve, he suggested adding a pressure gauge so I could anticipate any problems. Everything was finished in about a half-hour -- including answers to all my questions.
