Located in the heart of southwest Miami, FL, Casaplanta Garden Center is a garden lover's paradise. Consisting of 10 lush, beautiful, green acres, Casaplanta has a wide variety of plants-including, but not limited to, tropical palms, trees, shrubs and flowers, as well as a wide availability of outdoor furniture, fountains, pottery, garden accents and so much more.
Did you know that in the wild, both orchids and bromeliads often grow attached to trees? All of these species come in a variety of shapes and colors. In fact, there are over 2800 known species of bromeliads alone. While we certainly don't carry all of them, we're sure you'll find one that's perfect for your yard or garden.

Hard edges, some with flowers, some with spines. Succulents and cacti thrive in our South Florida climate, and they don't need a whole lot of love.

Here are three primary things necessary in caring for South Florida Annuals. Florida is a mercurial, unpredictable weather state. As a result of this, there are two types of annuals in Florida which are Summer (Hot) and Winter (Cool) Seasons.
A perennial plant, once planted, is meant to last for years or longer, with cyclical bursts of flowers, where each season the color may be slightly different from the. It is important to consider that perennials aren't cold-hardy, though they usually bounce back from a normal winter's cold snaps. Loved this place! It's the only plant nursery in that area that opens until 6 pm. The place is clean and neatly organized. Beautiful plant selection and customer service is superb. They even have shopping carts to make your shopping experience more enjoyable. Prices are very reasonable and there's plenty of parking available. Went in for items to add to my butterfly garden and I was very pleased with their selection. Some items were even on sale. This is definitely my new plant nursery. Can't wait to go back!

I love going to casaplanta. It’s a bit of a drive for me but I don’t mind it. If you are a gardener or looking to start a garden then you will love this place. They have a botanist on site and they are very knowledgeable. The staff is very nice and helpful. They have a beautiful selection of plants and pots. The prices are not terrible either.

Got what I was looking for & all for an affordable price. I had so much help with Nathan he knows his succulents very well and had us helped by Nicole in the trees section. They were both so kind and knowledgeable of the plants and trees. They had SO much patience and gave us many options. They made my first visit GREAT!

This is one of my favorite places in Miami to go to for plants!! Beautiful location and setup. I was helped out by Mike last time I went. He was friendly and very nice! He gave me a lot of information and I was able to learn new things about the plants that I already had at home. If you ever have any questions about plants he will definitely be able to give you an answer. 10/10.

Ridiculously over priced. But the land for the location is expensive and they don't have the bulk buying power of chain places. That being said if you wanted very rare and specific plants it's a great location. Also if budget doesn't matter. Very clean, organized, great service.
But multiple plants were double what they were at Home Depot. So if it's a common plant not worth the price.

I was looking for a Nice and beautiful Orchid for my home and decided to go and visit CasaPlanta for the very fist time. Little did I know that I was going to get the MOST BEAUTIFUL Orchid ARRANGEMENT I HAVE EVER SEEN!! The whole experience was amazing, calm and the vibe was so peaceful!

If you're looking for an awesome place to grab pots and plants and more, you definitely want to make a stop here! ... every other week lol I moved into a new apartment and wanted to bring out the plants and everyone I know told me to casaplanta!

We normally drive from Broward to Homestead for good, native, affordable plants. Knowing that CasaPlanta is closer to us made it even more appealing.
There is a HUGE variety of plant types and sizes here and the staff is helpful and friendly. Love that they also offer paper to cover your car seats/trunk with to prevent any additional mess.
I only wish they had more variety of edible plants/herbs/vegetables... but there is some. (And we got a pineapple plant!!)
Would definitely recommend and will visit again.

They have a wide variety of plants and are located in a convenient location. We bought several butterfly plants and mulch for my son's Eagle project from here. We got a 10% discount for going before 10 am. They offer that discount to everyone so go before 10 am. Will be back next month to purchase an orchid arrangement for my boss.

Came across this place thanks to IG and honestly it's a gardener's paradise. Absolutely in love with their huge ceramic pots with the bright colors and the funky designs. Super out of the box and totally my style. From flowers, to succulents, to cacti, to massive plants - they might just have anything and everything you are looking for. You walk in and it feels like you walked across a rainbow and entered paradise. So vibrant and bright, I could spend hours just checking out plants and pottery. Not sure how their pricing compares to places in Homestead for example but they are worth checking

I have been to many garden centers in south Florida but nothing compares to Casa Planta in Miami! This place has outstanding quality tropical plants, flowers, palms etc...not to mention the huge assortment of pots, statues and everything garden. The prices are very fair and competitive vs other nurseries in the palm beach area. Definitely will be back for more!

They have incredible variety and carey a lot of plants that are harder to come by or have an exotic look. They also have tons of planters and other garden items. However, the prices are also a bit higher than nearby nurseries.
For Fall, they had part of the nursery decorated with tons of mini pumpkins and a scenic Fall installation. It looked like a nice place to take a couple of scenic holiday pictures.

This is one of my go-to places for all my plant needs. They have pretty much anything you want or need. It's also a place I have gone to many times, just to get out of the house and still feel safe during quarantine.
If you buy a plant and a planter, they'll put it in the planter with soil and decorative pebbles or rocks for you for a small price, this is very convenient if it's a gift for someone.
Everyone is required to wear a mask. They've never been too full to the point that I haven't been able to maintain social distancing.
