I used Nu Flow Indy to perform a sewer line inspection as a part of my home inspection when buying my house. They did a sewer camera inspection. They were courteous, on time, and very professional. I was not on-site for the inspection. In addition to the phone call review with results I received an email with a written recap and the video files. I solicited 4 different quotes to repair my sewer line. This was the only option that did not require digging up my yard and back porch. Or jackhammering a hole in my basement floor. The cost was also much less than the other quotes I received. I was provided a video that showed what the root invested sewer piped looked like before and after the new liner had been installed. The repair took less than 5 hours. The workers were very professional and there no mess to clean up afterwards. I highly recommend Nu Flo Indy.....

I called NuFlow to have a main line scoped and hydrojetted - the gentleman who answered the phone was honest and upfront with me that they were booked out several weeks. Since I needed the work done ASAP he referred me to another company, and that company did an amazing job! I am very thankful for their honesty and referral to another high quality company - that means a lot to me and shows a lot about the professionalism and integrity of this company. I called NuFlow after I had a camera inspection done since the first company did not locate the clog, they only let me know the existence of a clog. Rather useless since I can't fix it if I don't know where it is. Then I received a recommendation for NuFlow and I'm happy I did!
I first talked with Jason who was able to get us on the schedule for about a week out. Two other companies kept putting me off for a total of 3 weeks each, so I was VERY please NuFlow could get me in so quickly!

I was surprised to find that this company doesn't do what they say. They make a big deal about fixing pool and spa lines, but according to our messenger conversation, they don't. Why advertise you do something if you don't. Since they only have the Indy location, saying that Indy doesn't is the same as they don't.
