I really appreciate that they didn’t cancel and came all the way out to Pahrump even though it was raining and bad weather all day. They were pleasant and informative. Not possible to have had a better experience in a situation upon turning on the a/c the first time for the season, and getting warm air. Once Pro Tech arrived (ON TIME), I was completely satisfied with all aspects of their work. Glad to have John and his crew as our regular climate system maintenance team...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Air conditioning service. We have had terrible luck with the air conditioning company that no one can spell. Every regular maintenance check up finds something that needs work and cost $500+. They recommended we replace our whole system 3 years ago. We declined. We had a complete shut down of our system and called our local service company, Pro Tech Air in Southern Highlands. Brian came out, spent 1 1/2 hours checking everything out and fixing the problem. We were just charged for the maintenance call flat rate. That is a first since moving to Las Vegas that a maintenance call was actually a maintenance

When I called to see if I could make an appointment to have my two units looked at the phone was quickly answered and the gentlemen I spoke to talked to me like we'd been friends for years and we even had a few laughs. I didn't expect them to get me in quickly but crossing my fingers I asked and they got someone to my house same day.
Our tech was Terrell. He was super nice and when I asked for an a/c maintenance, he explained at this time they were doing heater maintenance because it's to early for the a/c side. Heck that works for me. Always good to have the heater checked. Terrell listened to

Pro Tech Air has done a great job on my AC units at my rental and my person residence. They were very quick to respond when my AC went out and made the necessary repairs quickly. I really appreciated the fact that they did not try to hard sell me a brand new air conditioner like some companies do. They repaired it for a few hundred bucks and it's been running great ever since. I recommend Pro Tech air to people that ask me for a referral because I know they are honest.

The owner called me after my last review and was so nice. He's going to come out to make sure everything is right with my air conditioning unit. Wow, the customer service is so amazing here. I probably should've called before leaving a 3 star review. Just by talking to him, he gave me a couple reasons for the noisy unit but he's going to check on it for me when he gets here to make sure.
I really liked the previous guy who came out as well but I just wasn't very confident. John seemed very friendly and I really appreciate him coming to do a double check to make sure everything

I was not happy with my household insurance, because they would send A/C guy's that didn't do anything. My thermostat would still burn through my batteries after a couple of weeks,and the A/C wouldn't cool. I was so upset with the last person who came that I decided I would not call my insurance anymore. So I researched for A/C and heating company around my neighborhood and came across Pro Tech Air. They were reasonable and the tech people came on time working on my A/C for two days! My A/C has been working great ever since.

My husband and I bought our first apartment building and it is out of state for us. It needs A LOT of work. Our property manager worked with John Nelson before and recommended him for our HVAC needs. I have to tell you, we were so relieved to get John's estimate. He told us unit was in great shape and just condensation lines needed routing. We didn't feel like we were being taken advantage of at all! And to top it off.... pricing was very reasonable! Definately using this company for our building HVAC needs moving forward :-)

These guys did a fantastic job! A/C going out in June in Las Vegas is a real issue and these guys handled it quickly and professionally. Pro Tech came out same day to diagnose the issue and installed the new unit the next day. They were even nice enough to lend us portable A/C units to get us through the night! Thanks guys!

Just had John come out today to help with some AC issues. Today is a Saturday and he showed up really quickly and took care of the problem in less than an hour. Additionally, he was really friendly- which is always a plus when dealing with home problems! He told us about his awesome annual deal where he will come out and service our units to make sure they are in tip top shape for heating and cooling. We all know that when you live in Vegas...
