Simply the best! Casey Tuckpointing craftsmanship is incomparable. Casey rebuilding parapet wall in our 120 years old house in Chicago. They answered all my questions, starting from "what is tuckpoining" to getting the work done. Masonry and tuckpointing cost were clear and fair. After shopping around for someone to tuck point the front of her house she talked with Casey from Casey's and he was very professional and answered all her questions and gave her a reasonable quote and also pointed out things no one else pointed out that he would do.
So the week that the work should of been done Debbie came down with a respiratory infection and was hospitalized and Casey was very understanding and reassured her he would still do the work as promised and she could pay when she is feeling better.

The entire process was friendly, professional and exceeded my expectations. The team completed two sides of 1st floor brick replacement and then grind/tuckpoint to 10’ height. The estimate was 100% accurate, every day the worksite was cleaned perfectly, and the overall experience was 5 star. After comparing five or six quotes we went with Art and his team from Casey Tuckpointing for a large repair to the front of our brick 2-flat. The guys were courteous, on time, and did a great job. I was freaking out about some water we found in the basement and seeping through the plaster walls. Other contractors didn't take as much time to diagnose the problem, offered some quick fixes that wouldn't last, or gave quotes that were double what we could afford. Next time we'll call Casey Tuckpointing first!

Owner was very responsive- came out and gave me an estimate within a day and also gave me an honest and reasonable quote for work done to my limestone/ brick in the front of my house. Water leaked into my basement after a recent bad rain storm and I received many outrageous quotes on unnecessary work. I am a single woman and really appreciated that the owner of Casey Tuckpointing did not take advantage and charge for unnecessary work. He gave me his honest advise and recommendations- even pointed out that my gutter was also contributing to my water in the basement- after 5 other tuckpointing

We were shopping around for quotes from many masonry companies. I legit had called 8 companies. Some came out and never gave a quote. Some said they will come out and never did. Others were just shady. I called this company and Art was on point. He was on time, no bs, and told me he would have the quote over to us that evening. Everything he said was spot on. Casey Tuckpointing just completed a brick pointing and waterproofing job at my home. Casey was very accommodating and easy to reach and dealt with any issue we had. In addition, we are very happy with the quality of the work.
