Critical: Responsiveness
I have been having issues with this gate motor 6 weeks after it was installed. They have been to my home about 6x to see what the problem is but guess what. It's still not fixed. I have only had it for 5 months and still having issues. Now I don't even get a call back. I need it fixed permanently or I just need a full refund back.

These guys are the BEST !
My driveway gate has been bugging me for 6 years. I have had 4 different groups of technicians looking at it, spent almost $1000 on the gate, with no success. These people comes and fixed in 30mins, with a mere $120 charge !

Angel did the repair work and Erica handled the communications and scheduling. Outstanding service from both. Angel replaced an electric gate motor that had not been working for a long time--and when it did run, it was too small for the job. Noisy, shaking fence, slow opening and closing. We received a very reasonable quote for a new, more powerful motor, and Angel expertly installed it for us. He was super polite and knowledgeable, and obviously skilled. Contracted A-Automatic on Friday and Angel was at our house the next morning. Sliding gate had come off of the track, which detached from the driveway. Angel fortified the track, secured to driveway and had the gate operating as good as new. Plus, he took the time to program the gate remote and garage door remote to both of our cars. I would highly recommend A-Automatic Gate & Repair. Job well done. A++++

Called the A-Automatic Gate and Repair office number to discuss my situation and I got a call back from their staff in 10 minutes as promised with a confirmation of an opening to fix my gate. I had called several outfits with no available appointments. One outfit sent me a garage door tech even though I specified it was a gate/ fence and their office acknowledged the error, but couldn't send one out until 2 days later. Another outfit said I would get a call in the next few minutes to let me know availability, but hours passed by.

Based on my experience Angel is conscientious, hardworking. He seems focused on performing the correct repair, in the most practical and cost-efficient manner given the circumstance. In my case, he was presented with the difficult challenge of realigning very heavy iron gates. With the passage of time and shifting soil conditions the 5-inch round free-standing iron round post had become “out of plumb”. Angel cut, shimmed and welded the post, restoring alignment necessary for replacement of gate openers, which he and his team did so efficiently in expert fashion.
