I take consulting work very seriously because I believe that a paid consultation is the best and fastest way to answer these questions. We will talk at length about my process, your goals/expectations and my ability to meet those goals/expectations. I will share budget info with you at this meeting.
When we are elbows deep in renovation we occasionally run onto repair work that makes sense to do right away. We have gotten good at estimating repair work and executing on it in a timely fashion. We reserve a portion of our schedule just for this type of work. We may be booked out months for major renovations but only weeks for repair work.
Bathrooms account for 1/3 of our production activity, of that, most are in older homes in the Minneapolis area. We are typically engaging with the client after they have considered a bathroom project for years. While the project is in design we will discuss not only the design aesthetic but also the existing sub-structure.
If we are not remodeling a bathroom we are probably remodeling a kitchen. The skill set we have built over the last 22 years working in older homes positions us as a prime candidate for your kitchen renovation. Our clients enjoy a dust free renovation while Dave and I work in clean negative air pressure thanks to our hospital grade HEPA air handlers.

We did a consultation with Andy. He spent two hours with us going over details of our project, answering our questions, and making recommendations. He was professional, honest, thorough, and proposed some fun and functional ideas for our space. We really appreciated the consultation and found it to be incredibly helpful and worth it. Once we get our budget in order, we hope to work with Andy and his team on our project!

Great team to work with! They are knowledgeable and professional and have great craftsmanship! What was most amazing was they came in under budget! I'm including pictures (should have taken them before we put stuff in), and don't fault them for our own non-professional paint job :)
I've got another 5 projects lined up for them over the next 5 years and several friends have used them now too. I can't say enough about how great these guys are!

We LOVE Worth Design and can't recommend them enough! In fact we keep trying to find jobs to get them back! 😄They did a complete kitchen remodel - which in an old house - threw up some "interesting" challenges. They were professional, responsive, thoughtful, extremely tidy and they made what could have been a very stressful remodel so relatively easy that we turn to them for all the work we need to have done. The kitchen remodel morphed into a bathroom remodel and a mud room remodel and throughout, they remained the lovely professional, gentlemen they are. They have completed a basement 'repair

Worth Design has been awesome to work with. They are knowledgeable, professional, timely, etc. The initial consult fee is well worth it and basically pays for itself. They talk you through the plans and make sure you understand what’s going on and why and break down exactly what they are going to do. You get a bid right on the spot too. I haven’t had an experience like this with any other company and my husband and I have definitely been impressed. I highly recommend to anyone looking for good quality, trustworthy people!

WDB did a pretty extensive renovation for us and we could not be happier. From the quality of workmanship to the level of professionalism, they were nothing less than top notch! The attention to detail was fantastic, and they were just overall great to work with throughout the entire project. I can't recommend them enough!
