A couple of things, (1) I called yesterday afternoon and spoke with a gentleman inquiring of service for stripping wax buildup on tile floors. Nice person said we can give you a free estimate the following day and schedule a time between 10-11am.
(2) A gentleman called today around 930am, saying he was coming to "do" my floors, I explained I scheduled an estimate. He then asked is this commercial, I explained residential. I also conveyed I shared all my details yesterday. He then asked where I was located and how does he get to me. I suggested you use his navigation, he stated he
