I reached out to several companies to fix my garage door. Precision called me within a few minutes, schedule a technician to come out - same day, they inspected my door, and provided a quote - same day. Then to my surprise they fixed it - same day. The other companies said they couldn’t come out for another week and then fix it later than that. Brett was professional and easy to work with. Absolutely amazing work, came over the very next day I called and took an hour to fix my hanging door, replaced wires, rollers and springs. The P.O.D technician Brent that was sent to service my garage door this morning was awesome! He arrived on time and inspected the situation thoroughly and gave me what options I could take to go about on my repair. He explained everything I asked of him from what repair package I can choose from, his personal opinion on it and down to pricing and parts contained in each package offered. I am so very pleased with the service provided by Precision Overhead Door of San Antonio. A shout out goes to Brent Huffman! Brent arrived on time and provided excellent service. I found him to be very personable and his knowledge is extraordinary! My garage door was impacted by my open vehicle hatch, causing damage & straining one of the cables, at around 9 pm on a Friday! My garage door was left open overnight & I couldn’t sleep. I called Precision early the next morning & had an appointment that same afternoon. Brent came out and was extremely professional & friendly, & didn’t make me feel stupid for the mishap. When my garage door came off the railing landing on my car I was shocked. I called precision who had someone come out the next day for a consult. Brent and Mike were extremely helpful. They helped me make the right decision for the type of door I needed. Brent called me on the day of installation with a 15 min heads up. He replaced the door and asked me if I had any questions and was more than helpful. I ended up needing new trim and he came back out 2 days later to replace my old trim.
