Mike and Attic Wizard exceeded my expectations. They pulled out all of our rat waste soiled insulation, vacuumed all areas to remove all toxins the rats left behind, sanitized the entire area, sealed all potential access points thoroughly and professionally, and then set traps to ensure all rodents were gone and weren't getting back in. I would not go to anyone else. Even Mike sees these kind of issues all the time was thoroughly impressed with their attention to detail and workmanship of the access point sealing they performed. Words simply cannot describe the service I have received with Attic Wizard. This extremely hard working crew came in this morning, faced with the hardest task of cleaning out a beyond dusty old attic as well as repair damage done by my unwanted, no rent paying tenants - raccoons. Adam was so awesome. Went up to the attic gave me good options and answered all the questions I had during the initial visit and throughout the process and up until the work started. The crew came in was very professional and got my job done in day since the weather permitted. My house has seen a significant increase in efficiency. Needed additional attic insulation. Contacted numerous vendors with poor responses from many (no call back, lack of interest, high priced, etc.). Adam responded and was a consummate professional...answering my questions and then quoting a fair price. Once on the job, he exceed my expectations finishing the job leaving only a well installed layer of new insulation ... while leaving the house clean and free of any detritus. After receiving 3 bids for radiant type barriers, we settled on Attic Wizard. We are so glad we did. One company flat refused to do the job because the pitch was to steep, not these guys. Attention to detail was spot on, clean up after job was spotless. Everything from dealing with front office to job site crews was very professional, but managed to keep the "family feel" to this whole experience. Now all that would be a bunch of fluff except for the most important thing. My attic is 20-30 degrees cooler in just the first day, and they didn't finish the job until after 4 pm

There were some insulation issues in my attic. I called them for an inspection. Mike came over and did a thorough inspection. Moreover, he educated me regarding ceiling, attic, and roof of my house. I'm a residential contractor as well as a homeowner. Over the 20 plus years I've been doing business I've had lots of experience with subcontractors. I've also been very fussy about the quality of work I want. When I built homes my goal was to heat them with a match and cool them with an ice cube.
