From start to finish, Chimney.com was the best. We needed full services to convert from fire-burning to gas, with chimney, fireplace, and gas line work. Brandon and Marlon communicated clearly with us regarding our specific fireplace needs, project updates, delivery time estimates, etc. Russ did a meticulous job with installation and ensured that he completed the job and that everything was working properly before leaving our house. We are so happy with our experience with Chimney.com, from the first inspection/assessment to the final product. After we moved to our new home over the summer, we called the company to inquire about converting two wood-burning fireplaces to gas. They sent Brandon to inspect our chimneys and fireplaces. I highly recommend Chimney.com and am extremely happy with the work they did replacing my fireplace. Branden, Jimmy, Nelson and Daniel all did amazing work and were fantastic to work with, as well as office staff. Everything was done on time, and when they were done, my fireplace looked beautiful. This was a big project, and I really appreciate having such a positive experience.

Nelson and his crew did an amazing job of repairing our chimney and fireplace. It had been mostly destroyed in a chimney fire and needed a ton of work. They came, did clean and professional work, informed me of all that they were doing along the way, respected the home and the property and were pleasant and good people.
