Cleaner did very well and cleaned everything. Couple of window ledges and top of my dresser was missed and not dusted but to be fair I had a very dusty house with my cats and dog. Lots of work. I'm happy with the result.

I scheduled a move out clean for August 31st and was given a 2 hour window for arrival along with a special discount from $230 to $149, which I agreed to. When I hadn't heard from anyone after the 2 hour timeslot I called the company several times,left voicemails asking for a follow up. I scheduled a moving out cleaning more than 2 weeks in advanced. Cleaning was set up from 10:00 to 1:00. I had to add on the second bath and the refrigerator. Which to me should have been included since it was in their words a move out clean.

A checklist of what exactly was going to be cleaned would have been useful. The top of the fridge wasn’t cleaned, the widows were left dirty, the top of the doorways weren’t wiped, the fans were left dusty, and there was still dirt on the walls. There was also a communication barrier so I couldn’t communicate with the person cleaning. Pretty mediocre service for the price.

They were accommodating to my tight schedule requirements. They were prompt and worked fast. I was hoping to have a deeper cleaning of my baseboards, to be washed- as I am opening my home for open houses this weekend as we have listed for sale. However, they did a great job, and I will be able to easily go over the areas I need spotless for the open house. Would recommend! It may have been a communication error on my part.

We had a need for a quick turnaround on a VERY deep clean (will leave it at that). Niurys worked with me on everything, very flexible, responsive and accommodating dependencies. I wanted to work with a company that was willing to come look at the job on site so there weren't any surprises for either of us. Austin Cleaning Group was one of very few companies willing to do that. Most of the companies just schedule their crews out and work at time of arrival so there's really no way to get a firm quote until the last minute.

Niurys and Marina came out as requested, on time and ready to go. I had a post-construction (full bathroom remodel and over 1000 sft of popcorn ceiling removal and replastering) DUSTBOWL nightmare in my house. I mean, the dust had dust. White, powdery plaster dust in and on every single thing everywhere. Even in the tiny buttons of my remote controls, it was indeed that bad. Well, Austin Cleaning Group cleaned it ALL!!! They did two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, dining room, large kitchen, eating nook and laundry area. They also cleaned ALL the blinds free of my powdery nightmare

Was told 8 am sharp. By 8:15 only had one guy present.
They did a post dry wall clean up for me. It was a job I definitely didn't want to do (hence paid someone else to do it) but really wasn't at all up to the standard that I expected. It is good enough but not what I thought they were going to do. Would not book again but served the bulk of my needs

I guess I'll never know how well they clean because they never showed up to the appointment I booked. I'm very disappointed by the lack of professionalism and the complete disrespect of my time.
I had scheduled a 9am appointment for an apartment cleaning for Saturday morning. This cleaning company is thorough. Niurys got to my house on time and cleaned it really well. She took her time though and didn't leave dirt behind. She was excellent. She and her husband were very pleasant over the phone and when she come out to clean as well. She really knows what she is doing. I will use them again. Great job!
