We begin by scheduling a meeting to review your plans and a help prepare a list of specifications regarding the items that you wish to include in your home. If you do not have plans, we will assist you with the plan process. From the set of plans and specifications, a preliminary budget will be created.

Dale Sauer Homes is the best home builder in San Antonio. He and Debbie were critical to the design and construction of our new home. They are very easy to deal with from the initial consultations to the move-in. Dale Sauer provided critical input to the design phase with our architect. Providing key insights to cost and feasibility of design. Having a builder with reputable and quality subcontractors is critical to a successful build. Dale and Debbie are consummate professionals. Deciding to custom-build a house is never a decision made lightly, but it was certainly made easier by them. His firm was my first -- and last -- interview. I was extremely impressed with his attention to detail, organization, transparency, and follow-up. We met Dale at the 2012 Parade of Homes at Setterfield where we were just attending to get ideas for our future home like most people. My interaction with his wife/ business partner Debbie was one I will not forget. She is very friendly, approachable and the one who reels you in without even trying! Our first encounter with Dale Sauer Homes was during the San Antonio Parade of Homes in 2008 and we were immediately impressed by the fact that the people directing the crowds from room to room were people Dale had built houses for in the past. We liked a lot of the features in that Parade home so later that year as we worked with an architect on house plans, we included Dale when we asked for preliminary bids from five San Antonio area builders.
