Should be ZERO stars! we called this company to come look at our awning because the previous owners had work done by them. He said he would come out to look at it (we waited two weeks for an appt).
We he finally arrived at our home, we were in the process of having our driveway sealed...my husband happen to be at the and of the driveway and he told me husband he didn't have time for this today...walk down the side of our driveway???
I texted him to come another day, his reply was 'no thank you', and he no longer works on awnings he does not install.
