Today I would like to see a story I had one gate company came and looked at my gate and the guy told me my gate was not working and I will need to purchase a brand new Because my model was obsolete so I called don at Houston security gates and in less than five minutes he had my system reprogram and have it up and running even better than before thanks for Being honest and being such a professional we will always use you for any of our gate issues.

My automatic gate suddenly stopped working. Don was in Dallas when I called, said he would be by as soon as he returned to Houston. He just left having adjusted the gate limits. Unit is working perfectly again. Don has been very responsive whenever I've called which, luckily, hasn't been that often. Freezes, power outages or days like today, Don has been quick to sort things out. Highly recommended.

I am so pleased that I found Don and Houston Security Gates. I had been through the ringer with previous gate companies, and felt like my issue would never be resolved. But then I found Don.
