I have used Pete for over 5 years. Forget about getting pool warranty. Save the monthly premiums and just call him. Extremely knowledgeable and gets the work done. One of the most honest companies I ever worked with. You can really trust that he won’t take advantage of you and will repair what is broken and not just try to overcharge. Surprised more people don’t review this hidden gem.

Contacted Pete to see if I could get my pool pump repaired and he said he would schedule it and come by later. It has now been almost a month since that call with no updates and my pump still doesn't work and I will not be doing business with them in the future, very unprofessional.
Edit: I got a call the day after this review was posted saying he was sick for 3 weeks and suddenly had time to visit me after being backlogged for 2 weeks as his excuse for forgetting about me, great!

It is hard to find a good pool cleaner, I found a great one! They always go above and beyond. The owner is always available for extra requests as well. They couldn’t be more professional and a good price. I shopped around a bit, so I did my homework. Very very pleased - thank you Guardian, great job!!!

We have been working with Pete since we bought our house in 2012. He is been amazing, even calling us back after house when all the water in our pool had drained! He'll actually spend the time and teach you how to maintain your pool. We went from knowing nothing about pool maintenance to regularly backwashing our pool and it's never looked better. Amazing customer service, so friendly and honest. Couldn't recommend him even more!

Best pool cleaning service in town. Pete provides high customer service and is honest to his customers. He goes above and beyond and really cares about doing the right thing. I talked to three other pool cleaning service companies and he understood my needs and provided customized package. I highly recommend Guarding Pool.

We're thrilled. Since we bought the house and called Pete, we've had no problems. He's solved issues we inherited from the previous owners at a reasonable price, and keeps the pool chemicals balanced- we had nothing but problems previously. Services are reasonably priced, reliably completed, and we're going to use them as long as we have a pool.
