We recently moved into our new home and due to a bad/lazy HVAC inspection paid for by the seller (performed by Faircloth HVAC Repair), we were left with an inoperable HVAC system, that we discovered when our astronomical electric bill was delivered.
We called and got 3 estimates from HVAC Repair companies in the area, and we decided to go with Air Pro Heating, Air & Electric
They were absolutely amazing. They were extremely honest and respectful during the diagnostics and carried that honesty and respectfulness to the installation, pricing, and the clean up. They installed the next day and were incredibly accommodating to my busy work/mom life schedule. They are also veteran owned and operated 🇺🇸. Thank you again!

Excellent customer service and honest treatment.
Unluckily, both my units went down at the same time.
Another company came to my house and within ten minutes I was told I need a new compressor for one and a complete replacement for the other.
I didn’t feel good about it so I called Air Pro Heating & Air Conditioning.
Javier came and did a thorough troubleshooting of both my units, he told me exactly what parts needed to be replaced, costs and time for repairs. He completed the job in one day and both units are working as they should.

Nick was able to get here several hours earlier than expected. Went over cost with me before doing any work after determining the problem. Had my furnace repaired very quickly. Price was very reasonable and less than expected. Nick was very professional and and pleasant to deal with. He was also very respectful of my home and took care when entering and exiting my home as well as cleaning up and replacing everything after the job was finished. We don’t see the quality of service Nick provided very often anymore.
