Michael and the CNY Commercial & Residential Construction crew came out to make some deck repairs for my outdoor bar project and got this thing fixed up and looking mint! These commercial general contractors are my go to guys from now on! The detail orientation and value they provided at such a great price can't be matched in the Syracuse area!

Mike was very responsive to our needs! He worked from a picture we gave him and created a great front porch/entranceway to our house. He responded right away when we had a question and he wanted to make sure we were happy with every last detail. "We named it, they did it!".

I had CNY Commercial & Residential replace my existing deck with a composite decking material. The crew showed up early each day and worked until the job was complete. The complete job far exceeded my expectations. Looks Wonderful! They will be back in a few weeks to install the gates that were on order. I had them remove an old concert porch and replace it with trex and add on to it. they did an awesome job. They worked with me after and made some changes that I wanted. The crew were nice, friendly, and professional. I'm gonna to ask them back to do some land Landscaping and also see about having them do my garage. I'm going to try and add before and after pictures.

I am very impressed with CNY C&R Construction. They are a 1st class company. My phone call was returned in a timely manner which is unlike every other company I had the misfortune to deal with. I have had other projects over the years but not one could compare with Michael and Mike! I have finally found a contractor that I feel is honest and professional.

They installed a new kitchen floor and had to remove five layers. However they got the job done in 1-1/2 days! CNY C&R will be the company for all of my projects. I recommend them highly!

These guys put up two porches for us on an old farm house. They did exactly what we wanted and did a great job. We were impressed with how hard and fast they worked to get the job done. They even put in some solar lighting that was unexpected, but looks great. Would highly recommend them, and have already asked them to come back to do another job.

CNY Commercial & Residential is a first class business! I had a roof leak that messed up my kitchen, bedroom closet and bathroom. Michael was honest and straight forward from the estimate until completion of the project! They replaced drywall and put in a new ceiling for my closet and painted. Now you would not notice the leak even happened. The job was completed in a timely manner! Also he even checked in after the roof was complete to see if everything was okay after a rainy day!
