Called to get a quote to have someone come look at my septic outlet. Greg was kind and patient on the phone asking me clarifying questions to not have me waste money to with having an agent come out. We figured somethings out, he referred me to someone that would actually help because of it not being a service the company provided. I forgot the name of the fine gentleman who took care of my family and he went above And beyond on everything he did answered all my questions was very friendly efficient and even took time to help take up extra metal that I had over the entering port so that my grass could grow I will use Averett again and I thank them for their great people

Called that morning due to a back of water in our bathrooms. Technician was to be at the house between 2-4 and showed up 10 minutes early. Pumped the septic and we are not flooded anymore. We asked to have someone come look at the whole drain field and they will get back to us to set that up. I am so happy they were able to make it out the same day.

Averett showed up on time and were very professional. They were able to locate the septic tank in a few minutes and quickly got to work. Throughout the process they were available to answer our questions and provide information about our tank and drain field. They pumped both sides of the tank and cleaned the filter, showing us how to perform our own filter maintenance in the process. The final price matched the quote they gave over the phone. I would use them again.

I just had my 375sq ft drain field replaced by Averitt, and I am very satisfied by their product and communication. The gentleman that gave me the estimate was very professional and straight forward. They leveled the yard similarly to how it was before, so there's no ridiculous mountain in front of my house like I've seen others do. My plumbing works like it should again, and their price was competitive.
