Septic tank and new drain field installed. Keep in mind this is a very large scale construction job, requiring heavy duty machines and a lot of dump trucks for septic tank sand! It took weeks to complete with Inspectors having to approve certain stages of the build out. There will be a very large mound (drain field) erected when the job is completed.
I saved about $1400 buying my own underground wire at Home Depot and using a private electrician to install the new 20 amp breaker, this also includes yet another vendor to bury the underground wire leading to the lift station from the breaker box. Finally, their lending company GreenSky approved the cost of the project via-internet within 10-minutes. GreenSky has a great deal with 0% interest for 12 months.so get it paid off by then or risk a 24.99% interest upon the full loan amount. :)

What a great company! Even through the pandemic they worked with me every step of the way. From the owners to the crew everyone was top notch! They took the time to explain the process and everything that was going on and were happy to do it. On November 19, 2021, Tampa Bay Septic notified us that they would not be responsible for our lawn sprinkler system that will be severely damaged during the replacement of our Drain Filed. I liked that they were honest before the contract was signed for them to start the work. Tamp Bay Septic Replaced our Septic Drain Filed and were professional. To include making sure we were satisfied with their service prior to them leaving.
The only concern their pump truck was not working and they were not able to pump out my septic tank before the replacement of the Septic Drain Filed. However, they did subtract ($250.00) from the original contract. On November 19, 2022, I will call them back out for an inspection to make sure the new drain filed replacement is working properly per the contract agreement. I will update this review if there are any changes in their service.

We were having septic issues for awhile and per recommendation of a friend contacted Tampa Bay Septic for a quote. Kris came out that same day, diagnosed the problem and recommended replacing the drain lines. I guess after 24 years it was about time! He provided a fair quote and considering we were in the middle of a pandemic the team stayed on top of the permit process and coordinated all activities.
Whenever I had questions, Stormy provided an immediate response or would call me back as soon as she could. Kris was onsite most of the time, did a lot fo the excavation work and even went above and beyond helping us with replanting some trees that had to be moved as a result of the excavation. Dustin and Jake who also helped with the excavation were very professional and knowlegeable when respoding to all my annoying questions. It's been about a month now and the septic works like brand new. We highly recommend Tampa Bay Septic.

Kris and Stormy knocked it out of the ball park, came to help us immediately when we were having issues with our septic! They found the issue and within a day had a brand new septic system. From start to finish working with tampa bay Septic was a great experience. Kris came out to see why my septic was over flowing and he diagnosed it in just minutes! He was very knowledgeable!
