It is important for me to work with business owners to respect their businesses or the jobs they do. I believe that such businesses don't put you in a situation that leave you with a lot of problems to deal with later on. The R&L company was recommended right after another company left the job without finishing on my rental property. Even the job done by this company was really lousy.
