Wow, I have found a carpet cleaner I love and AJ's has a new customer for life! They were SO professional. Worked around my scheduling needs and didn't even act like I was inconveniencing them (which I'm sure I was) when I asked to shift the appointment time. Andreas was amazing. Very satisfied with the service and the results. We have a dog that made a corner of our carpet her pee pad and AJS cleaned it so well, it's like we've never owned a dog.

I really liked the owners who came and did the job- very professional. They said it would dry in 4-5 hours but it took more than 24 hours and when it was dry lots of areas felt crunchy. I think they're thorough and would be good for heavily stained carpet bc of their great guarantee, but they're a little more expensive than others I've hired and I don't like the crunchy feeling.

Red Popsicle, candle wax, puppy training. Robbie did an amazing job on our carpet! It's like new, very soft, and smells nice! I thought for sure we would need new flooring after my kids left a red Popsicle to melt, my daughter spilling a melted jar candle leaving a huge splatter of wax, and then potty training a puppy. No need for new flooring now! I will definitely call again! And.same day service after "miscommunication" with another cleaning service.

Conscientious and efficient service I'm impressed by the service from AJS Carpet Cleaning. Making an appointment was really easy and they were very professional and personable from beginning to end. They did a very excellent job cleaning the carpet throughout my home that had so many stains that I stopped counting. They left everything so fresh and clean. I have had AJS clean my carpets for the last fifteen years and have never had a better job. I remember the first time that they came and made our carpets look new and clean. Their people are good to work with and they will do whatever it takes to make you satisfied with a money back guarantee. I will never use another company.

They sent someone promptly and I needed someone very soon so that was really good. He said he couldn't get out one of the stains because it looks like a grease stain which was fine because I wasn't expecting that. It was in a rental property and he left it really wet so they started to have a mildewy smell that the tenants said a couple of days because it was still wet like 4 or 5 days later.

He did come back and clean that area again and it was good that they came out without complaining or anything. The smell didn't go completely away but they offered to come back the third time but the tenants said it was fine. The customer service was great, it was just that one thing about leaving too much water. I paid a little bit extra because we have more rooms than that. I had to call several times to get somebody.

While it went well with the provider arriving as scheduled and the carpets cleaning up beautifully the cleaning hose scraped of paint and some sheet rock at a corner. It wasn't a big deal but did require touching up the area.
