They were amazing! I contacted the company Sunday afternoon to leave a message and was immediately sent a text response. Monday morning we had a brief conversation, I was told when to expect them and everything was removed from our property Monday afternoon. All of my expectations were exceeded. I called for an estimate, and talked to Brandon; he set up a time for the next day. He quoted me a a price that I think was very fair, and set up a time for the following day. He and another worker arrived on time, and made quick work of my substantial pile of junk and trash, despite the intense Arizona heat. I will almost certainly use their services again, and I recommend them highly.

Brandon is professional, hard working and trustworthy. He worked every second he was at the house, was always engaged and respectful, and called items to my attention if needed. He donated many items, saving me from having to drive to multiple places to do It. He made my job so much easier. I simply could not have cleaned out an entire house without him. I rarely provide online feedback, but I highly recommend Brandon without hesitation.

Local owned, straight shooter, no bs, professional, prices are more than fair with no bogus last minute up charges. Did a great job. Fair, honest, responsive, reliable, and nice are all adjectives to describe Brandon and the service he provides. Junk removal doesn't seem like a priority until you need it and I needed it in the last stage of my father's relocation from AZ to NJ in May 2020. Brandon went above and beyond with invaluable service. As a small, service business owner, I so appreciate and respect Best Junk Removal. As an out of state, family caregiver I was relieved and grateful to rely on Brandon before and after we headed east. Five stars are not sufficient.

Best Junk Removal was awesome! I'm so glad I chose Brandon and his team. They kept me updated the entire time, I knew exactly when they would arrive, and the entire process was seamless. Without them, I would have two sofas sitting in a very tiny living room and no way to get rid of the old one. I wish I had known about them when we did a huge purge a year ago!

The name of this company directly reflects the service! Best Junk Removal is top notch. Brandon is polite, fast and great at what he does. He even separated the items I wanted dropped off for donation. He was able to successfully empty my garage of everything I needed gone in one single load which was basically half of my two car garage stacked up as high as six feet.
