Levi and Steven arrived on time to my home to do a complete re-pipe and install a toilet. They worked non-stop into the evening to get the job done. They kept me informed of what they were doing, were pleasant, neat, courteous and patient with all my questions.and patient with my cat that kept getting into the crawl space! New to this area, I called One Call Plumbing based on the reviews. Michelle took my call and was very friendly and professional. She explained how they cost out jobs and set an appointment for the next day. She said I would be called around 30 minutes prior to arrival. Nearly to the minute (next day) Michelle called and told me when to expect the plumbing technician. Michelle, you get 5 stars!

Our technician was Doug and nobody could have been more cheerful the whole time he was here. He ran into issues (older house) and explained how he could fix things and gave me an updated estimate on total cost. He wore his shoe booties inside the house and cleaned up nicely when he was done, hauling away all our junked fixtures. Honestly Doug - you were terrific and we thank you. Doug gets 5 stars as well!

What can I say? On time, friendly and personable and from what I could tell - professional work done IF I need plumbing work done in the future - I'll only be calling One Call. P.S. I DID call another highly rated plumbing company initially - they never called me back.

One Call has been to our house twice in past weeks for separate issues. All the work was perfectly done and areas left spotless. Tech Levi took time to explain what he was doing and gave some tips on items not even the reason for his visit. He told me two items I could do myself after getting the parts. A plumber that exuded honesty. Easy to schedule non-emergent issues.

We needed the supply line to the fridge ice maker repaired. Your technician, Chris, was very knowledgeable and professional in pointing out other poor plumbing done previously. He did the needed repairs efficiently. Chris is a credit to your plumbing service!

I've unfortunately had to call them several times over a two month period. Different problems each time, and while I do think they were a bit high priced. They knew what they were doing and got it done quick.

I had three plumbing needs. I called One Call Plumbing and spoke to Michelle. She worked with me to schedule a time to suit my needs. I needed a line install for a shower upgrade, a leaky outdoor spigot repair, and a toilet that needed a new shut off valve. Chris came out on time at 8am. He was very nice, neat and wore shoe protection. I explained what I needed and he told me what he planned to do, he completed them in a timely manner, cleaned up, and was very courteous, respectful and professional. I will definitely call One Call Plumbing in Spartanburg again if I need more plumbing work done. Great company.

Todd came within the hour of our call, he inspected and repaired the leak within a few minutes. He was very thorough and professional. Everything he needed to fix the problem was readily available on the truck which was great, no waiting for someone to go to Lowes for parts. Price was reasonable and fair. Nick Jennings with One Stop Plumbing is a professional as they come. He takes great pride and care in his work. Cleans up any mess and completes the work in a superb manner. Called in the morning about replacing a kitchen faucet that was leaking, they sent Corey out that afternoon. He was professional and had the new faucet installed within an hour. The old faucet had rusted in place and he had to use an angle grinder to get it out. They have done a few things for us, including a new septic system. They are always on time, clean, professional and they have reasonable rates. No, it's not cheap, but everything has been done right and I would rather pay more one time than have to pay multiple times to fix something more than once.

If you need a professional plumber please call this company. They are great and know what they are doing. They came to Edible Arrangements in Spartanburg the same day I called. So grateful for One Call Plumbing. My dad accidentally busted through our outside cut off pipe because it happened to be only about 3 below the surface of the ground. We had the water company shut off our water so we needed this repair done quickly. It was a very rainy day and after calling One Call Plumbing they arrived within 30 minutes. Levi was very professional and thorough with his work.

Steven was friendly and professional. He was very thorough with the options I had to either temporarily fix my water heater, or go ahead and replace it. We chose to go ahead and replace it. And the best part, it was completed that day! Definitely will use One Call Plumbing for any services needed in the future!

I would recommend One Call Plumbing to anyone. Steven was awesome! I had an emergency. A pipe burst under my slab. After I turned the water off I called at 6:30 AM. Steven arrived before 8:00 AM. He was finished before 4 PM. He was very professional and saved the day. This could have been a nightmare; thanks to Steven it was resolved quickly!

I would use them again the guys arrived on time and worked VERY hard and patiently. They were very respectful, knowledge and willing to keep me informed every step of the way. A really good company! Quality work and priced by the book! Guy Informed me well and I signed to have the work done and it was done very well! I owned a Construction outfit in NC and this company really impressed me! They are now my go to Professional Plumbing Company! Did I mention their not only Licensed but they have performance bonds and general liability insurance in place! That's something that can't be said for a few outfits in the Spartanburg area.

I made an appointment for the next day through Michelle who was very pleasant and quick to answer the company phone. The following day Steven arrived on-time and wore a mask. He was very cordial and kept me informed beginning with the testing and diagnosis of the problem. He confirmed the problem with my water pressure reducing valve and explained the price.

I gave him the go ahead and he changed the valve, flushed the system and made sure things looked right when finished. He made sure not to bring dirt in my house by wearing protective shoe coverings when he needed to enter the house. I was very pleased with Steven's work and he was very pleasant. After only 8 months in our house a pipe burst in our slab. Our home warranty sent us a contracted plumber after 5 days of waiting that was only at our house for 14 minutes and charged us a $104 fee to tell us our hardwood floors and cabinets would have to come out and it would cost around $20k! I called One Call based on the good reviews and they did not disappoint! They dispatched a plumber at OUR convenience, only charged $35 to give us a correct estimate, and had the work

One call plumbing was great from start to finish. They offered us a next day service call at a very reasonable price, as compared to several others in the area. Our plumber, Chad, was prompt and very friendly and courteous. He was super knowledgeable and gave us a few different options for completing our job with a very fair price. You really don't understand how much you rely on your plumbing system until it fails. I called these guys and had nothing but a good experience. After a main drain clean out from a back up, the system started working and hasn't failed since. The tech even repaired a couple of outdoor faucets, washed down my walkway and driveway at no additional cost. If you need plumbing work, call these guys. I won't use anyone else.

Absolutely Amazing customer service. From the first call when I talked with Preston till the end result. I needed a gas line moved in my bathroom. They came next day to give me quote (for free) and then completed the job the day after that. I was told by three different people that it was going to be at least $2000 to do this job. One Call Plumbing beat them all price wise and time wise.

This company was amazing and did an awesome job. They got here after having a long night at a different location and finished faster than I had thought they would. They went above and beyond on everything. I had to have my entire sewer line replaced (due to a poor job originally by the people remodeling the house). They gave me a quote that was far below the others and very reasonable for the work they did.
