We decided to go with Prime Energy for our solar panels. We are so glad that we did! They are top notch from start to finish. The owner Shawn was fantastic and answered all of our questions. His employees we feel went above and beyond in their work ethic and professionalism. His employees were neat and courteous and even mindful of our dogs! We couldn't be happier and would recommend Shawn and Prime Energy to anyone looking for solar!

Great company, great team, seamless process. All things went exactly as expected. The utility took forever to approve our installation knowing they were losing us as a customer forever. I absolutely recommend this company. Rodrigo came in was very knowledgeable, respectful and friendly and was available at all times for any questions I had. After installing I had some electrical issues that I thought were connected to the solar panels but they were not and still Rodrigo directed me to his supervisor Sean who walked me through (on his own time during Thanksgiving holiday ) what he thought might be the problem and then connected me with their electrician so he can come and help me. Sean made me feel at ease and reassured me that they will always be available to help me with any electrical or solar panels issues as a lifetime guarantee. As a widow who is struggling they are a godsend! They have gone above and beyond! Thank you

Had first consultation with prime energy and was very pleased with how it went my consultant Rodrigo was awesome answering my questions and finding my answers on the spot first appointment went very well, was eger to set up 2nd appointment and learn more about the numbers involved with having solar the monthly cost and so forth but over all so far very pleased.

Shawn Roby came to our home and explained everything there is to know about going solar. It made sense and my wife and I signed up. They have been on the roof for about a year and have saved us a great deal of money already. Once they are paid off entirely, the benefits with only increase more. I couldn't even imagine having a $12 Eversource bill in mid-summer when the central A/C is working overtime.

Since the install I continue to look for more energy efficient products to add to the house. Last upgrade was to an electric hybrid water heater, so the saving will continue.

Our salesperson Eddie was incredible. We are so happy with his service, always answered our question and was is very patient. I would recommend him to anyone.

Shawn was good to work with on our install. It does take some time due to City and other regulations. I would recommend that you get everything they agree to provide in writing as the sales pitch can be a little overwhelming. Our system has been going for about a month and seems to be producing well.

Very helpful, and crew was very nice. Angel helped explain all the processes and went through step by step with us what was happening. Would 100% reccomend to anyone looking to convert to solar energy!

I can't say how satisfied I am with this company especially with shawn rowbes attention to detail and patience in making sure I understood every step of the way the installation was quickly done and without any inconvenience shawn repeatedly stopped by to be sure everything was going as planned just as important a recently received a hefty tax return thanks shawn

So recently I had a solar system installed and so far I couldn't be happier but it's only been 3 weeks. I have to be honest, if it wasn't a good friend of mine who pitched it to me I would have never got it. I would have never believed a sales person, I would have thought there was a catch or some type of scheme but because it was someone I trusted (I was a little skeptical) I gave it a shot.

And the fact that I have some close friends that have solar and like it made the decision easier but on the flip side I know people that have horror stories about solar. In the end I guess it's all about the company you use and the program and the quality of the product. With that being said I received my first UI bill since my solar was turned on, it was turned on March 18th and my billing cycle ended April 2nd I believe, so for 15 days I had it on for the month of March and when I received my bill it was only $99, which my bill should have been around $240. Solar is definitely something people who are looking to save money should look into and I would highly recommend Shawn Robby and prime energy solar.

I'm thankful I ran into Norberto! He's very educated on solar and is invested in his clients to give them the best product and save them money he's also a real estate agent that can guide you with anything that has to do with your first home purchase

Shawn was extremely informative about our project and was very detail oriented. He was a pleasure to work with and was always available to answer any questions about our project.

I worked with Shawn to install solar panels on my home. I was also able to get a new roof at the same time, which worked out really well for me. His crew was great, they did an excellent job. I looked at a number of solar companies before going with Prime. Some of the other companies floated numbers that seemed a little sketchy to me, or had agreements where I was only leasing the panels. I'm looking forward to seeing my electric bill drop to zero.
