I used Maxi-Clean a few weeks ago to have a sectional and an area rug cleaned. The technician called to let me know he was on the way but running 45 minutes late (not convenient but not a big deal). The sectional was cleaned but sadly the discoloration and staining was too old to repair. The issue I had was that the tech did not tell me until after he was done cleaning and all his equipment was back in the truck that he could not move the rug or the sectional. The two foot wide by seven foot long portion of the area rug that was under the sofa was not cleaned. It would have been nice to know

Run from the company as fast as you can. I had them come out and cleaned my carpet. It was the worst job ever! They literally deposited all the dirt From the carpet under my bed, night stands, and dresser. The stairs still had dirt on them. I called the man that did it, sent him pictures and NEVER returned my call. We have to hire someone else to clean up their message. I saved. My pictures for evident in court. They are the worst!

Called this morning, left message and was called promptly by the owner. Lucky me, there was a cancellation and I was given a time. My cleaner was Carl. We moved tables and my chair. He was professional and a baseball fan like me. My rugs look amazing! I cannot smell my dog's accident. What a huge difference. The price was reasonable and I will most definitely use them again.

Great service! Called before he came and was on time. He was very kind, and did a great job with our carpets. He took the time to ask me if I had any questions & answered all my questions (first time I've had my carpets cleaned). Love that they use pet friendly cleaner! Carpets look great! Will be recommending this company to friends and will use them again.
