An ounce of prevention is worth a ton of cure. The most important step in maintaining a healthy and functional septic tank is regular septic tank pumping and inspection. On average most households should have their systems pumped every 2 to 5 years. How long you wait just depends on your water consumption and the size of your household. 
When our technicians here at Clark Septic perform a septic tank inspection, we do more than take a look around. Our extensive testing includes looking at the inlet and outlet baffles, filters, testing the pump and performing a waterload test. We also look into the effectiveness of the drainfield. 
In addition to installations, our drain field services also include repairs. Although most drain fields require relatively little maintenance, it is likely that your drain field will malfunction at some point. When this occurs, you can count on us at Clark Septic to be there for you right away. 
When we perform a septic pumping service for you, we use a pumping truck to ensure your service goes smoothly and is performed without sewage backups or other serious damages. We have over a decade of experience in the Orlando area, and we know what it takes to perform a septic pumping service correctly. 
When we schedule septic tank cleaning, we will come to your property with a pump truck. The suction on this truck helps to remove sludge from the inside of the tank. Septic tanks also have filters that we clean as part of the septic tank cleaning process. Keeping the filter clean ensures that the tank can continue to properly filter solid from liquid waste. If you don’t schedule routine cleaning, the sludge will build up too high and start spilling out into your yard or even into the home.

My previous septic tank needed to be replaced and Clark Septic did a fantastic job, removing the old septic and drain field and installing brand new equipment. I thought I was having an issue with my septic system, since I had sewage coming up out of my toilet and shower. I initially called one of the big companies in town. They were booked a few weeks out. They recommended I call Clark Septic. I called and the owner said he could be out the next morning. He took the time to listen to my problem and advised he thought it was a clogged pipe.
I was able to call a plumber and have my problem fixed within a couple of hours. In the future I will be sure to call Clark's with any real septic issue. Thanks so much for your help!

Had Clark Septic come out and Andy was the representative. He not only solved my problem with the septic tank pumping but noted that I probably did not need a new drain field as A1 Septic (who came by for estimate) had stated. A1 did not take septic cover off, only made a hole in lid to view. Said needed new drain field and wrote up estimate. Andy noted that the bathrooms did not flush correctly and found a line blockage.
It was professionally fixed at that time. No need to call a plumber. Without their great service, I would have gone ahead and installed a $5000 drain field. Instead I paid $300 for both jobs - a real bargain. Wow HONEST people and great technicians, isn't that a rarity today. Thanks again Clarks Septic for helping a senior citizen rather than taking disadvantage of them. I HIGHLY recommend Clark Septic.
