Excellent service, communication and skill level. They know trees and how best to elevate a canopy, improve the health and beauty of a tree and efficiently remove a tree. They are very responsive to questions and concerns. They are fairly priced. I have been using them for the past 10 years and have always been pleased with the results. I highly recommend Miller trees to my friends and neighbors.

We had two very large oak trees removed from our property. They were very large trees - 4 and 5 feet in diameter. Miller's Tree Service removed a huge, leaning, pine tree, in my back yard, on Monday. By all accounts from other tree services, this tree was a real problem, and recommended Miller's, to me to do the job. Miller Tree Service is great. They were efficient and safe. They removed a dying and leaning 100' foot oak tree from our front yard in Ardmore. They had to work around multiple power lines and houses. They were reasonably priced even though it was a big job. The grappler saw crane made the job look easy. Much better than using climbers and ropes for the branches.

We can not recommend Jake Miller and his friendly and professional crew too highly. They did an excellent job pruning three of our large oak trees. Their care for our lawn and landscaping was first rate and they left it just the way they found it.

We Called 3 tree companies to cut about 18 trees. Lonny Miller's price was the best. He is very responsive, and will contact you back immediately if you call or text him. He scheduled it and kept the appt. He is friendly and the crew is courteous. They work was done at a decent price. We then called him 6 months later, to take down more trees. Again, he is the only one i would use. You won't go wrong with Lonny. He has now done work for a neighbor and she was also pleased.

Fortunately when a giant red oak decimated about a third of our house, and knocked three 10 branches from another giant oak on to a separate part of our roof, our insurance agent had Miller Tree from Advance here that day. Three days of steady rains had uprooted trees all over Winston-Salem, but they began work the next day with a crew of six and a giant crane to hoist logs around the house.

The terrain made any other access impossible. They cleared branches from the worst damaged area through the rain and took down three more large oaks the following day. All tree lumber was hauled away, the yard was well cleaned and an arborist on the crew discussed which other trees to remove for safety. We were very upset by the $50-100K damage to the house, but on the first day Daniel, the estimator covered the roof with tarps and alerted Duke Energy about exposed wires only visible from the roof. He, Jake and the entire crew were a joy to work with and we considered the pricing very reasonable. They will do all our trees from now on.
