This company is great. We got estimates from three companies. They gave us the best price estimate and was clear and up front about possible factors that could affect the estimate. When it was time to do the job, they found a perfect window of opportunity when we wouldn't have rain, and their team was quick and efficient. The bulk of the job was done in about a day and a half. The final cost matched the estimate -- no surprises. The roof looks great and is watertight. I really can't recommend these guys highly enough.

This contractor gone above and beyond his job to satsify the customer. Its demonstrates how excellent customer service can have a lasting effect on customer relationships. I will definatelly call this contractor on future projects. The contractor is a empathetic listener and makes the customer know he values their time. The front sidewalk was installed proffessionally, the area cleaned afterwards and price was right.

This company Power Washed my entitled house for a great price, gave me the best estimate and beat all competitors, the friendliest group of people ever, I mean all the way from the secretary to the workers, everyone was so polite and I felt very comfortable at all times. They even re-enforced my gutter when they noticed it was a little messed up. I highly appreciate this company and recommend them to anyone who needs any type of exterior service!

This company called us within ten minutes of putting in our request on Home Advisor. They did the repair work on the weekend and was able to finish within a short amount of time. They were polite and even showed us pictures of other areas needing repair. Their price was good which was an added bonus. We would definitely recommend.

United pro did a great job of replacing the roofs on my house and detached garage. The roofs were in terrible shape and caused leaks in my house when it rained. They also required some plywood patching and a layer of new OSB boards due to extensive water damage and old age of the wood. They came by on a Sunday for the inspection and estimate, and his team started the job early the next morning and got everything done! I am very happy with the work.

I replaced all my gutters and downspouts. The crew showed on time each day and job took less than 1 day. The area inside and out was cleaned up each day. I was very satisfied with the work that was done. I will use United Pro again and recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their home.

I had no idea how happy I could be with a new roof. The service and pricing were as excellent as they could possibly be and on top of all that, the team was an absolute delight to have around. I had a panic moment after the installation began about the color of the shingles that I approved. You would think it would have annoyed them but they patiently gave me time to decide if I wanted to stop and order something else, or move forward.

I moved forward because I realized I was panicking over nothing. It could have been a moment to make me feel stupid but they genuinely just wanted me to be happy with the job. The materials used were superior to any of the other ones I was being offered by other roofers when I shopped around. The price per square foot of the job was much better than everyone else.

I was also surprised at how much attention was paid to the aesthetics of the job, the crew was proud of their work when the job was done and I was proud of how beautiful my house looked. Thank you United Pro!

United Pro is such an amazing company. They did great work, completed the entire siding, soffients and wrapped windows in a little over a week. They were here every day and sometimes worked to 7 at night. Again, the quality of work was excellent.

United pro did an excellent job with my roof replacement. They showed up when they said they would, completed the job, including the cleanup, on schedule, and helped me with the insurance. They also did a follow up to be sure I was pleased with all aspects of their work. I would use them in the future for anything that they do that I am in need of.

When finding out I had to get my roof redone, I was really hesitated. Endless companies and price estimated. Even though I knew the roof should be done ASAP, I had hard time picking the right company for the job. Through Yelp, I came across United Pro Construction and asked for a quote. The company responded right away, and few days later I got to meet with them.

United pro was such a great teacher! They got on my roof and later showed me photos of it, he explained what was wrong, and how he is going to work it- from demo to final inspection. United Pro is amazing! Hands down there is no better company for either roof repair or full reroofing. The work is solid, top notch and most of all reliable. They work well with insurance companies and have a seasoned knowledge of how they can best work with you and your appraisers.

After meeting with 5 different roofing companies we choose United Pro because of their efforts. Their knowledge and explanation of the process was exactly what we were looking for. There was no pressure or salesman pitch - just upfront and honest. Our 110 year old house had 4 layers of shingles including the original wood shake roof. It was a big job.

The workers were courteous and punctual. At the end of each day they left the yard organized and picked up. We has some slight miss communication, Mike out of town during our installation, but things were quickly resolved and we were happy with the resolution. We definitely would recommend Mike and his team for any roofing needs.

We appreciate their critical eye and high standards. We brought him back to install a new roof. Not only did he do a great and fast job (delivered ahead of schedule) but he noticed that our gutters needed some cleaning, so he did them at (at no charge.).

I am so impressed with the honesty and friendliness of Benny and his staff. We had a leak in our roof during one a big rain storm, and they were still able to fit us in. Benny came out and took pictures to show me of our roof and explained exactly what needed repairing. He was very honest and show was his price.

Started this process off knowing zero about roofs and roofing and was fortunate enough to get paired with Benny at United Pro who was PHENOMENAL! Never once did I feel as though he was annoyed with this set-up or all the questions each of us had throughout the process. He was very involved, climbing into the attic, explaining the condition of the roof and the entire process very clearly, and re-explained when asked. The Crew from United Pro Construction LLC did an outstanding job from start to finish! They started at 7;00 AM Monday and gone by 4:00 PM Tuesday, doing a complete tear-off and replacement of our 64 square Condominium roof including replacing 6 skylights. The outside Clean up is as good if not better than when they arrived on site. We are extremely satisfied with the total project. Customer service and communication were excellent.

We needed a new shingle roof and rain gutters for our single story home and got quotes from several companies. United Pro won the job because they seemed honest and straightforward. They were able to come up with some affordable solutions for a couple quirks with our property, like the AC unit on the roof and the way our roof didn't slope in an area where we needed rain gutters. I was very pleased with United Pro. I had a small leak in my roof that needed repairing. Given the age of my place, I was sure that my roof was finally giving out on me. Luckily, it was a relatively minor repair. They came out and took a look at where the leak was coming from in the attic and knew immediately what had caused it. He finished the job in less than half an hour!
