Marlin Construction replaced the flooring on my roof top. John (the owner) is extremely professional and knowledgeable. However, there were a few minor issues with the work. Nevertheless, the team made sure to fix everything. They made sure to schedule an appointment and send their contractors as soon as I called to ensure the problem was resolved. The estimate for the work was reasonable.

Finding the cause of my roof leak and completing the necessary repairs were excellently handled by Marlin Construction. They have served my roofing needs in the past, and I will keep doing so. They are fair and honest.

Our roof is tile & we've been having issues with it. We called an adjuster and he recommended Marlin Construction Group! They came in and repaired the entire roof, I haven't had a leak in over 2 years!

We got a beautiful new roof installed with Marlin Construction and we are thrilled with the quality, professionalism, and follow through at every step along the way. They are detail oriented and get all the little things right; that's really hard to find. Communication was fantastic and everyone was super pleasant to work with. The foreman was personable, involved, and he was the last person to leave the job site -- very appreciated.

Gave me a great price and also completed the job before the next rain storm came through. She shared photos of the old and new. Marlin Construction did a great job replacing my roof. I had called 3 other roofing companies, and Denise at Marlin Construction was the only one to follow through with giving me an estimate and getting the job started. They were on time and professional through out the project. When they finished, they made sure there were no nails or any other debris left on the property. They did a great job. Marlin Construction did an amazing job! The person I communicated with was very kind and responsive. He personally came out to inspect my leaking skylights and promptly offered me a fair quote. They handled the ordering of the replacement skylights and ensured that the correct size and brand was ordered. The employees who came to install the new skylights were kind and respectful. They worked efficiently and made sure to clean up afterwards. It's been a week now and the skylights look great. No leaks yet!

This company was referred to me by a friend. They responded quickly to provide an estimate. They were on time and completed the work in one day as promised. Kris and his crew of roofers did a wonderful job on replacing the shingles on our home and garage. They covered our landscaping with wood and tarps to protect it during the removal of old shingles. Worked steadily for two days. Kept the mess up so it didn't over stress us. Very polite and professional. I would recommend Marlin Construction to all.

Marlin Construction was very prompt and nice to work with. Their price was way better than another company we got a quote from. They were quick to come out and the roof was done by afternoon. We had a couple of small issues but they were very gracious in taking care of them. All in all I would recommend.

Marlin did a great job on my roof. Crews were fast and clean up was better than I could've ever imagined. My project manager Denise Martinez was so helpful and stopped in various times during construction work to make sure everything was moving along as planned. All of my questions and concerns were always answered promptly by the office. I am still in complete awe of how they helped me get my roof replaced through my insurance company. I have recommended Denise M. to many friends and families and all are as happy as I am. 5 star company!
