Problems and more problems! Our flashing was exposed and everytime it rained it leaked into my home office. The leak caused a ton of problems in the drywall and insulation, but Eber from New Era Roofing also is a General Contractor and Roofer, and he took care of the whole problem! New Era Roofing saved us. We had an emergency over the weekend where others roofers pulled out half of our roof and didn't show up the next day to finish the job (Not to mention they acted like they had no idea what they were doing). We called New Era Roofing on a Saturday with our emergency and within less than 2 hours Eber the owner showed up to assess our situation and give us a quote.

He was very professional and knowledgeable and the price he quoted was very reasonable so we went with them. Eber made sure the process went very smoothly for us. We had a great experience with New Era Roofing from getting a quick estimate(incredibly fair price compared to the other bids we received) and a quick timely turn around to completion of our roof repair. Excellent work by Eber! Very responsive to requests for roof inspections. Arrives at your home quickly after you request service, shows up on time as promised! He writes an informative detailed roof inspection report explaining current roof type, age, status and estimates any current necessary and/or future repair costs and timing. He frequently has roofing materials that are no longer available on his truck and can do small repairs during his inspection visit. Over and beyond my high expectations and standards! We had our roof redone. Our experience was very good. Eber was professional & worked with us, since we have solar panels that had to be first removed before his crew could start work.
