The dispatch that answer was also very nice and polite. 5 start for sure. They also very legit have 5 stars in other platforms like yelp etc Make it very reliable. The issue that I had is with heater for rental property. The fixing was included in the s call to come out. Very happy

These guys showed up in less than one day, did a thorough inspection (took many pictures), and offered me very competitive repair/replacement rates. Unbelievably professional, courteous and honest service. We just had a situation we thought major- No power whatsoever to the Furnace/AC- Breakers all set and reset, thermostat working normally- The technician came out, found a defective wire and replaced it within 20 minutes. No "you need this replaced at $$$ or that at $$$$", simply replaced a wire and moved on. WOW.

I have been using H-Town Air Conditioning for several years. They have replaced two of the condenser coils in my AC units, serviced and cleaning both units, and made repairs. I have been very pleased with their thorough and professional service. When our units stopped working, they were responsive and came out right away. Dmitri is very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of my home.

He identified the issue and had team out to replace condenser coils next day so we didn't have to go long without AC. Their pricing is fair. It's been three years now and they are the only are my go to for AC/HVAC issues.

I dealt with several AC companies over several months when my AC was acting up. H-town did a great job troubleshooting the issue and ultimately fixing it. I dealt with Billy, Anthony, and Ivan (on separate occasions) and they were all wonderful, especially Billy. One thing I really appreciated was they showed up when they said they would. Another company I tried would tell me they would show up between 12-3pm, and then not show up until 6pm (and that was after I checked in with them at 4pm and 5pm.) Great work and I would recommend them to others.

Our technician Billy Garcia was extremely helpful with explaining the issues and resolving them in a timely manner. We have a newly built home and the a/c was leaking fluid through the walls, it was really frustrating so I called h-town at around 8 am and by 1 pm Billy arrived that same day. Grateful for the quick turnaround time!

Dmitry showed up at 4.40pm, Very friendly guy. He put on covers for his outside shoes before he stepped onto my carpet. He had fixed my house heater in less than 30 mins. Ive used these guys numerous times and they are absolutely AMAZING. I wish other service companies were as affordable, straightforward and honest as these guys. I will gladly wait an extra day or two for service from h-town than get much worse service same-day from some other company. Can't recommend these guys enough

These guys were very helpful and knowledgeable around my two ACs. I had a broken coil and every other company I called wanted to charge me as if they were doing open heart surgery. these guys did the whole thing and went out of their way to work around my working hours. Also, honorable mention to Mark who does a great job answering all of my questions over the phone and quickly gained my business. One thing to "fix" would be to mark their car "H TOWN AC REPAIR" but maybe they just have not gotten around to it. Thank you all!

I had my attic AC unit leaking. I called and they were able to come the same day. Semeon showed up on time, he was very knowledgeable and repaired the issue on the spot, he did an excellent job. It's the second time I used their services and would definitively recommend them.

Upstairs A/C was on the blink and it was HOT! Called and they scheduled in morning of 2nd day after call. Office called to confirm tech on way. Tech arrived on time and went straight to work. He was very professional and worked without my feeling the need to watch him. Wrote up invoice neatly and explained it. Was responsive with pricing for my question about maintenance deal, but did not try to upsell. We will be doing the maintenance deal with them, moving from a highly advertised provider. We are very pleased with our experience.

It's not a wonder why this company gets great reviews. Although I did not use their services because the job fell through, they had the most competitive pricing around. They are also very professional and knowledgeable. The service tech they sent out Dimitri, showed up on time, accessed the situation and quickly presented a solution with an estimate. I have worked with other AC companies and was left with the impression that they're all a bit shady and difficult to work with. I am pleased to share that H-Town AC & Heating Service is different. They performed a full residential system replacement, including ducts. Pricing was competitive and straightforward (and did not change during installation), and their team was fast, professional, clean, and easy to work with in my home, despite the fact that my house proved more difficult than I believe they expected.

Following the installation, we had an issue with our new thermostat (component failure--not H-Town's fault), and their sales person/talented technician came back the same day, taking full responsibility for resolving the issue within a few hours. After working with other AC companies in Houston, I can't recommend H-Town enough. They're doing a lot right!

The service was excellent. All pricing and options were explained clearly. The work was done quickly and competently. I especially like that he does background checks on all of his service employees. I found them to be friendly, capable and trustworthy. I had my air conditioner replaced about 10 years ago and it had never cooled the entire house properly and rusted out from the bottom requiring replacement. Kevin, the owner, explained the reason, solved the problem and now I need to wear a sweater in the house if I keep the air conditioner on too long. I couldn't be happier!
