MUSE Residential

Jeremy, (the owner), was very nice to take on a relatively small job (for them) of renovating portions of our master bath. The estimate was right on, work was done well, and generally, on schedule. I did not enjoy dealing with their office administrator, who was generally pretty rude all four times I had to speak with her on the phone. Once we were under contract, we dealt mostly with Meagan, who was very polite and professional both on the phone and on e- mail or e-builder messaging.

We did have one small issue with plumbing that was eventually corrected after two visits. I would add that I told them I would do the painting and touch up after they were done. In retrospect, I would Just have them do the plaster and paint, so they would be responsible to fix whatever holes they made. (They left several holes in the wall). I would also recommend you NOT pay for the port-o-potty.

It cost $150.00 and noone ever used it. Every contractor, (carpenters, glass guys, and plumbing, installers) all asked to use our bathroom rather than walk to the port o potty outside. The only scheduling issue was a week after they were all done, they scheduled the cleaners to come in. By then we had already cleaned the bathroom and were using it. That was another cost that was necessary, but impractical to wait a week after the major work was done.

We really liked Muse's enterprise solutions from design through completion of work. Design suggestions and presentation by Katie were excellent. Mike, our project manager, was very detail oriented and cared about doing a top notch job each and every day. He also offered up suggestions along the way that were appreciated. Muse always strived to make us happy and succeeded. We are loving our new kitchen and would hire Muse again for any future projects.

This was the second bathroom remodel we did with Muse. If anyone has ever done a construction project understands the frustrations that can occur. Delays, cost overruns etc. The best thing about is the professionalism and communication. With the pandemic we did run into some supply issues but they communicated well and things went smoothly. They have reliable sub contractors who perform quality work and there design team on the front end where great. Would use again.

I'm very satisfied with Muse's remodeling of my kitchen and two bathrooms and would recommend them to anyone considering a major remodel. I love the designs that we settled on, the material selections that were available in their showroom and the end products that were ultimately installed. The Muse construction crew and subcontractors were very professional and did excellent work.

I especially appreciated having Michael assigned as the lead on my projects -- he was an excellent carpenter and jack of all trades, kept me well informed and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible.

I can't say enough positive things about our experience using Muse Residential to partially remodel our bathroom, replacing an old fiberglass tub/shower combo with a beautiful custom walk-in shower. The work was top-notch, the process and communications were prompt and professional, and the workers were skilled and respectful of our home and our time.

The BuilderTrend application they provide for clients was so helpful to keep everyone on the same page with expectations, scheduling, updates and financing. This was a smaller job for Muse, as they can do complete home renovations, but we received the same professional treatment they provide for the bigger projects. Highly recommended. We hired MUSE for our kitchen remodel. This was our first major remodeling experience. Jerehmy, Wendy & the team were wonderful to work with. They took us step-by-step through the process so we knew what to expect. Wendy was a tremendous help regarding the design. We experienced a few minor delays (nothing unexpected). Overall we are extremely happy with the finished product! We would definitely use them again.

Muse is an excellent family run business. They did an exceptional job designing and remodeling our kitchen and family room. Functional and modern design and well managed from beginning to end. We love the finished product.

I contracted MUSE Residential to renovate my 50 year old house. I had a complete redesign of the kitchen, full renovation of the master bath, partial renovation of the guest bath and powder room, and conversion of a game room into a sitting room. Julie, the MUSE designer, did an amazing job of transforming my kitchen into an adorable space complete with white cabinets and white tile backsplash.

I had the bathtub taken out of the master bath and changed to a shower with tile shower walls and glass door. I gained a whole new beautiful room by having the game room paneled walls removed and finished with drywall. Julie designed a built-in cabinet for the new room that truly makes you say WOW! when you see it. MUSE has a great group of subcontractors that they work with.

You get daily updates on progress through their use of the Buildertend app. They willingly make changes to the plans during the project should the customer want something additional, if feasible. I chose MUSE Residential because they are a small local company that has been in business for many years. Overall, they did a wonderful job updating my old house and turned it into a stunning space that I look forward to coming home to every day. I highly recommend MUSE Residential for your interior renovations.

MUSE is simply the best of the best. I used them to enlarge and remodel my master bathroom. I was overwhelmed with the beautiful outcome and their ability to make what was in my head come to life. I have used them on numerous occasions from raising a sunken den, building a porch, and remodeling my kitchen. They have never disappointed and their creative genius continues to impress me.

So easy to work with and excellent communication throughout each project. I would recommend them to everyone who is looking for talent, integrity, and great customer service.

Very pleased with updated kitchen and flooring.

It was okay. There was very little interaction with them. They did come. That was pretty much it. They didn't come back and go over it. I expected a little more interaction with them as a vendor host in a designer sense. I did not spend more than the "Big Deal." The design work turned out fine. It's not exactly what I wanted and there wasn't an opportunity for me to comment. I've probably asked for a few changes.

My husband and I hired Muse to remodel our entire home. They re-did the whole interior: bathroom, kitchen, refinished the hardwood floors, picked new fixtures, got rid of the popcorn ceilings, added a closet and more. I was impressed with the speed, quality, beautiful design and professionalism they brought to the experience. I was dreading the remodel but working with Muse made it easy and enjoyable. Plus, the finished product is more beautiful and functional than I ever even imagined it could be!

Muse has been an absolute pleasure to work with. From the moment Jehremy & Wendy Warner walked into my home to assess the work to be performed, I have been impressed. They have gone to extraordinary lengths to make sure my home was what I wanted and all the while stayed within budget. Muse has assembled a great group of people that do quality work.
